Per our conversation today over the phone and per your request, I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] for Ms. [redacted] in regards of her 2005 VW she purchased from our Dealership. I called...

[redacted] on Wednesday and asked her if she can bring the vehicle to our service department to diagnose it and her response was she is afraid to drive it because the vehicle shakes and need to be towed. I told her no problem I will come personally to your house and I will drive the car. we drove the car and there was no shaking and the car drove fine. I told our technician to check the car and drive it for a 20 mins to see if there is anything wrong. Again the car was fine. I waited an hour and I drove the car again for 20 mins and the car was fine again. I told my technician again to check the car if we can find something wrong and while he is going through the engine compartment he found a vacuum hose loose so he put it back in the line and secured it and I drove it again for 15 min and the car was fine. We put the scanner and every thing was ok and the check engine did not come back on. after all that we called [redacted] and we took the car back to her house and told her please drive the car while I wait to make sure that there is no shaking and she said no I am tired and I will drive tomorrow. I received a pone call from [redacted] on Thursday morning and she was very rude and said "My check engine came back on and I will be calling the Revdex.com" I was trying to talk to her nicely and she hang up the phone. Please advised me what to do now.

I have multiple text messages from [redacted] stating that he did not want the money backand to use the T-shirt as a giveaway; this is his message verbatim, and I quote "I am paid throughaugust and don't want any of the money back. I paid up front to help and I hope it does ... use themoney towards my shirt as a contest to give away as a referral contest" and witnesses of the factthat they were there and heard when [redacted] gave me the stereo. Customer  purchased vehicle February 28th 2017 it was listed for $4495. customer asked to reduce the price of the vehicle because there was a check engine light and ABS light on.  we agreed to Discount the vehicle if he takes care of the warning lights we also gave the customer that third...

party warranty as a Powertrain to cover the engine and transmission and drive axle.  we told the customer that the warranty company Zcore will only cover engine and transmission or drive axle.  customer called a little after two weeks later and had a concern about an oil light he went and had it inspected by his own mechanic and stated that the oil sensor was bad and it was not a big deal.  if the oil pump went out it would be covered under warranty and that was not the issue.Customer was happy with the Service history we provided from the [redacted].And also, he was happy with the Service we provided  when we had in our possession before purchase.Also, a reminder that the vehicle was purchased "AS IS" and it is 14 years old !Regards,G.
