Customer was given a free power train warranty through a third-party company called * *** which covers engine transmission and drive axles only but not wear in tear. The cleaning and detail could not be done because customer purchased vehicle at closing timeThere was no one to
clean the vehicle until the next day which we ended up cleaning the vehicle and we fixed the valve stem issue the same day. The vehicle has never leaked oil while it was in International auto outlets possession and never leaked any oil during the test drive and afterWhen The customer brought the vehicle in again for service, Service manager noticed a hole in the pan that was leaking from damage that occurred underneath the vehicle after the purchase. Customer was blaming the dealership for the damage and boyfriend came out of the vehicle and attacked the general manager verbally was really close to his personal spaceCustomers used vulgar language, were very rude, disrespectful, and the customer's boyfriend was making threats to the general manager and the dealership in general. The check engine light came on three weeks after the purchase and it was for an oxygen sensor that is connected to the catalytic converter which is part of the exhaustWhen customer stated they were having other issues, the dealership paid to have *** perform an inspection for second opinion, check engine light was not even on one customer brought the vehicle and once the diagnosis was finished the vehicle left with a clean bill of health. International auto outlet purchased a second key at customers requestDealership informed the customer that they do not have the equipment to cut and program the key prior to purchased and customer explained that they have a friend who can cut and programmed a vehicle for themDealership is only responsible for a blank key purchase.International auto outlet has done everything they can to help the customer and also offer transportation for customer before boyfriend attacked general managerVehicle was purchased as is and the warranty is with a third-party warranty companyDue to the situation customer and boyfriend are not allowed on the property anymoreRegards,GAnthony K*** General Sales Manager International Auto Outlet

It is not like we are refusing to send you the title even though you checked on the title and it was in your name from almost weeks earlier! We just want for *** *** to understand that his title was ready and in his name before he called us and unfortunately this happened to him were the paperwork was delayed from the lender to fund us the Money and I did ask him what he like as reimbursement and got him $Lowes gift certificate as he requested and I still have and ready to mail it to him to resolve this problem !Thank you !Tony Kayrouz International Auto Outlet General Sales Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. First and formost, I paid$4,in cash to purchase the JettaEach time I encountered a problem, I contacted the business immediatelyThe first time they took my car, I get the car back and it was shaking super bad and the check engine light was on.I contacted the business, and even the manager, tony, said," Thta's the light is on the car is old." No, it's not for the check engine light to come onThe business took the car again and the manager tony, said," he would come fix the car for free." Each time they said they fixed it, the issues were not fixedI'm really not happy about this car or the businessI'm tired of the back and forthThey keep saying nothing is wrong, or "it's fixed." The manager tony came to my house to get the car earlier this week, he said,""he said he would fix it again."I contacted him and let him know that the check engine light was still on again.I asked him at least three times while he was at my front door," is the check engine light still on? His response,"No." My husband was right there he is a witnessI told him I'm contacting the Revdex.comI've told the manger,Tony, that I want my money back and I will return the car several timesIn the contract, it states," you can get refund or exchange only if you cancel your contract with the manufacturer."I told tony, the manger.Tony says," There is no manufacturer." For all of these reasons listed above is the reason why I reject the businesses responseI WANT MY MONEY BACK $4,i've sent a complaint to the manufacturer as well.I will never get a car from there ever again and I will not recommend them to anyoneThe Revdex.com starts with trust! It hasn't even been a month since i've had this car

I have brought the vehicle to two separate certified mechanics and both have determined the knock in the engine and bad timing chain. I do not nor ever will trust International Auto Outlet. I work full-time and have custody of two small children and do not have time at this time to take it to the dealership for a 3rd evaluation. I do ask that the dealership replace this vehicle with another of the same value. These mechanics said that it is just a matter of time (possibly a month or two at the longest) before it breaks down. If the parts for this vehicle were so easily obtained, why did it take three weeks of searching and no success in finding a timing chain? Please contact *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** who referred me to *** *** *** who also confirmed the problem and could not locate Suzuki parts for three weeks. They can be reached at ***. $was my savings in the hope to purchase a reliable vehicle that will not break down in a month or two and parts easily available. Regards,*** ***

I have taken the truck to my mechanic it has faulty sensors and a dead cell in the batteryI will consider the matter resolved I am paying for the repairsAs for the spare tire that was included in the advertisement and when getting home there was no tireThe problem was that they refused to look at the truck and said there was nothing wrong which is not trueIf they had been honest with me I would have never contacted youOnce again I will consider the matter resolved. Thank you

After reading the novel *** *** wrote to Revdex.com, International Auto Outlet (IAO) offer for $to *** *** standsWe did everything the customer asked us to fix and still not enough for him! We installed DVD units, oil pressure sensor, winshield washer bottle, purchased brakes and
RotorsAlso, he complained that 4xwas not shifting properly then he took it to Jake Sweeney dealer and they told him it is in working conditionWe sent our sales representative *** to Ky to help getting signatures from co signer his Mom because she is on oxygen and we put Gas in his truck for reimbursement He even gave us a trade with a bad transmission and engine and bad wheel bearing and we did not complain to any one! Please let us know what you like to do !For some reason I am not getting your emails they are going to my Spam file !** *** *** INTERNATIONAL AUTO OUTLET GENERAL MANAGER

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have e-mailed International Auto Outlet and instructed them I would only communicate in a written formatI received a response from them after the second e-mail to which I responded stating that I would be willing to talk to Tony through e-mail ONLYI have received no response to this third e-mailAt the present time, the car is drivable, but I do not know for how longThe Hyundai repair shop I took it to said at this point, the car just needs to be driven until it fails as the damage to the engine block has already been doneI have not contacted the warranty company because at present, the car is still runningIf IAO is confident that the warranty company will cover the costs, then I will consider this matter closed if I get something in writing from them stating that when the car fails, IAO will cover all costs, minus the $deductible I would have to pay under the warranty contract, if Z-Core refuses to cover the repairsI think this is a fair resolution

*** *** deal was sent back from the Sub Prime Lender due to Verification of Income ! *** *** lied to us and to the Lender on the Credit Application about her income, she makes less than what she told us.Because of that, we have to charge *** *** Restocking fee, Reconditioning
fee, Administration fee, Mileage and Driving our Vehicle for almost month !Technically, *** *** owed us Money and we are going to pursue legal action against her because the above Charges are way more than her $she used for down payment. Also, she came to our Dealership with a friend and they were both yelling in front of customers and calling us names and threating us to call the Police and demanding to pay her back $700.00.Actually, we asked politely to leave our premises and told them that we are going to call the police on them for threating and defamation of character in front of customers! Also, *** *** went to the Attorney General office and reported us. We will be willing not to seek legal action against *** *** if she drop both complaints for both agencies otherwise we are going to pursue.Thank you for your Cooperation! Please see below the explanation from Judy our *** RepIn regards of the $charge to MrAnd Mrs*** !AGAIN IT WAS NOT US "INTERNATIONAL AUTO OUTLET " CHARGED THE $ACCORDING TO MRAND MRS*** AS THEY MENTIONED IN THE COMPLAINT!HOPE THIS WILL ANSWER THE
CONCERN AND END THE COMPLAINT !Tony,When *** CU processes and closes a loan for a nonmember through a partnering dealership, a fee of $is charged by our Credit Union. This fee is disclosed on the lower right hand side of the retail contract that the borrower(s) signs. If you have any additional questions, please give me a call.Thank you,Judy S***

First I would like to express to Mr*** how sorry I am about this entire situation with the vehicle I feel that it is a very rare and unforeseen catastrophic failureHowever, I take exception to the nature of complaint, of International Auto Outlet (IAO) Failure to
Disclose. There is nothing that IAO failed to disclose, please allow me here to shed some lights on the situationMr*** is very intelligent, and according to him, he is very knowledgeable about cars as he worked on them all his lifeWhen Mr*** bought the vehicle it displayed no signs what so ever of engine and transmission failureIn fact, his vehicle drove like a great years old vehicle with 170,miles and that's why Mr*** purchased itWhen he had a problem with the transmission, we covered $of his bill, consistent with the term of the warranty issued at the time of saleIn fact we covered an additional $as a Good Will to help Mr***Catastrophically, his engine recently failed, and he is asking us to pay an additional $to get a new engine at a Cadillac DealerNeedless to say, Mr*** vehicle is years old with over 170,miles on it, and it defies all common sense to put a $engine in this vehicleTypically, for a vehicle this age the cost to replace or rebuild an engine is in the magnitude of $4500. I have been working with Mr*** and offered him the choice to replace or rebuild his engine at half of this cost which is about $but Mr*** refused and insist on a new engine for $7100.It is my position and I hope you agree with me, that the fact that IAO paid $and willing to pay an additional $shows enough goodwill toward the cost of this catastrophic failure of Mr***'s vehiclePaying $to put a new Engine in a $vehicle does not make any sense and we will not agree to it. Mr*** has been engaging IAO in negative and smearing campaign with *** *** ***, the Revdex.com, and throughout the internet, and we have been exhausting lots of resources to defend our position, so our offer above will not stand for a long time if we continue exhausting these resources. Please contact me with any questions, my contact information are below.Thank you for your time.!Regards,G Anthony K***General Sales Manager International Auto Outlet Phone: *** ***

I have reviewed the response by Mr *** on complaint ID number *** *** and determined that he should get in touch with Tony the general manager at iao and schedule an appointment to check the car. if there is a problem like Mr*** stating we will do the claim and get in touch with the warranty company because we have a good relationship with zcore in order to get this matter resolved.Thank you,** *** ***General ManagerInternational Auto Outlet

I have called and left a message twice and MrK*** has yet to return my call. I do want them to get another opinion on the vehicle if they will comply. What are my next steps from here? I work full-time and do not have the time to visit the dealership through the week. Please advise.Thank you,*** ***

Dear MrMalott, We received your response about the above referenced complaint and we think our offer stand by us fixing your door lock and will send back the tires for rebalance at the tire shop for free because we already paid for that ! We feel like we do not have to pay you or the Dealer because that is something we of erred to you ! Also, hours of waiting Is an average wait at any tire shop without an an appointment !As a Dealer we have day by law to issue the title in your name and there was a trade and payoff involved and the process takes several weeks in order to send the title and the refund check.G.Anthony Kayrouz General Sales Manager International Auto Outlet

This is a response for ID *** *** MrJeff ***As I mentioned in my previous email that we need the vehicle here to check it in order to call for a claim from Zcore. We need to do this before the warranty expires otherwise International Auto Outlet is not going to be responsible, so please tell Mr*** he needs to contact Tony and bring the vehicle to iao and we will check and help him with the claim and he will pay $deductible.
