Wouldn't you know it, BOTH of my toilets started leaking at the same time! I called Hays Plumbing & they had someone out the day I called & he came out after I got home from work. WOW, who does that? Also, Patrick K brought his own bucket & towel! I couldn't believe it & told him so. Patrick was AWESOME, he came in, assessed the problem & got right on it. In all my years of having to obtain outside workers I have only experienced this one other time. I would recommend Hays & Patrick to everyone. Patrick was so personable, customer service oriented & helpful I will only call Hays & request Patrick should I ever have another issue with plumbing!!! Thank you Hays & THANK YOU Patrick! Dan from Hays Plumbing was great. Extremely knowledgeable which helped a lot due to the quirks/issues that come with installing anything in an older industrial building. Would definitely recommend.

Over the weekend, we had an emergency leak in our our apartment in the wall behind the laundry closet. The property management company selected Hays Plumbing to come out and take a look. Mike Davison was our plumber and he was very prompt and friendly. He quickly found the source of the leak in a pipe in the wall, and worked diligently to fix it. He was professional, courteous, and sincerely cared about doing a good job to fix the problem to prevent further damage to the unit. My husband and I were very impressed with the work he did, and we would definitely recommend Mike and this company to others in need of a good plumber.

Dan was efficient and knowledgeable in solving our plumbing problems. We will have him back should we need plumbing repairs in the future.

I called Hays Cooling & Heating this afternoon on 4/11/16 and they came to my home at 3:30 P.M. and brought the part for my gas water heater. He took the old part out and installed the new part and it worked with no problems. He explained the warranty and the cost and processed the bill. This is how to get something fixed correctly.

Hays Plumbing & Drain is absolutely amazing. Dan was my service professional and he was early (came before the time window they provided for me), was very helpful, genuine, found the source of the problem immediately, and got the job done (replacing a water heater) as quick as he could. Even called and made sure the restoration guys knew what was going on as soon as he informed me about the leaks with the walls. Seriously best service I've ever received.

Ian provided excellent service, quickly diagnosed our problem and recommended a good solution. He friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

We had a leak in our tub faucet and another company came out that was unprofessional, didn't fix our problem and still charged us for labor. We then called Hays Plumbing & Drain and Ian came out the same day. Ian was very professional, solved the problem right away and was very easy to work with. About a month later, our water heater broke late at night and was leaking water into our garage, office and laundry room. We called Ian and he instructed us how to turn our water heater off over the phone until he could make it down the next day. This stopped the water heater leak that was racking up our water bill and damaging the flooring inside our house. Ian came the next day, assessed the issue, and had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. He also disposed of our broken water heater and recommended a great company to repair the water damage we had on our floors. Overall great service and great person to work with.

Our only toilet in our business was down. I called first thing in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant voice (Laurie) and was told they could schedule someone between 9-11 to do a free estimate to repair my problem. I was promptly called back within 30 minutes and told the tech (Dan) would arrive in 10 minutes. More like 5 minutes, Dan shows up in a very professional vehicle that looks like many parts can be stored in it. (Yay, it wont take long!!)

Dan is super personable, and figures out in 5 minutes what the problem is. New fangled toilet (not your grandmas toilet) needs a new part. He has figured out already that the part is 8 miles away and off he goes. Back in a flash he installs the new part..well, the new part is faulty, and off he goes again to get a replacement. New part goes in, he checks and double triple checks it before he leaves- energetic and ready for the next job. This was a "crap shoot" in the dark, but I am so thankful and pleased to have a toilet in about 1.5 hours total. This company is a class act- and YES I would refer them to everybody!!

I was impressed with tech [redacted] professionalism and up to date knowledge of his trade. He carried out a water heater flush and examined the house plumbing system and made recommendations. No great pressure to sell additional services. Good experience - I would use the company again if I needed plumbing repairs.

I have used Hays 2 times for plumbing issues. Both times they showed up when they said they would and the last time Mike came. What a nice guy! Came on a Sat morning before he was heading to the ASU game. I will call them for all my plumbing issues!

I know most people only tend to write about a service when it is bad. Well, this is why I am compelled to send this note out about my recent services with Hays Plumbing and Cooling/Heating. They are a great company with wonderful people working for them. I have been using them for my AC services and have always been treated fairly and services are always completed as stated. Yesterday, I had to call them for a water heater not working and as usual, they sent someone over right away to investigate. And as I sit here and write this review, my water heater is working again and they also fixed a few other areas of concern. As a home owner, it is great to have a company like Hays that you can count on for all of your AC/Heating and now plumbing concerns. Well done!
