Ian showed up right on time, assessed the problem with my leaks and fixed them in short order. He also gave me valuable tips on hardware installation which will aid me in the future. I would use Ian in the future without hesitation.

Dan was courteous and helpful. This company and Dan will be my first call.

Mike Davidson arrived before my appointment, he started working right away, He was very efficient, professional and used quality parts. Because of the service from this man I will be using Hayes for several projects. I have 'been looking for a quality company that does not over charge, and wants repeat customers.Most companys come charge very high prices and crap service contracts. I was so thankfull not to endure this with Hays.

Dan V[redacted] is amazing! Not only is he knowledgable in his f[redacted]d and conducts himself professionally, he is also personable, caring, honest, and humorous. I have complete confidence in Dan V[redacted]. That statement is not something I say freely in today's money hungry self-centered society. Dan is a rare find.

Ian was great and provided my buyer an understanding the current plumbing in their new home they are about to buy.

He was cordial and personable and completed the work in a short amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and sought my direction on situations requiring decisions. Ian did not apply pressure to increase the work scope. I would use Hays Plumbing & Drain again.

We had a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe. The woman on the phone was very helpful and reassuring with our Sunday emergency. Ian arrived after helping me on the phone. He was very professional, cordial and diligent. He was not the least bit rushed to leave, ratherhe give us his undivided attention.

I called Hays Cooling & Heating this afternoon on 4/11/16 and they came to my home at 3:30 P.M. and brought the part for my gas water heater. He took the old part out and installed the new part and it worked with no problems. He explained the warranty and the cost and processed the bill. This is how to get something fixed correctly.

Ian B did a great job for us in cleaning our drains and also repairing a troublesome pipe. I would recommend them for all plumbing needs.
