We had a leak in our tub faucet and another company came out that was unprofessional, didn't fix our problem and still charged us for labor. We then called Hays Plumbing & Drain and Ian came out the same day. Ian was very professional, solved the problem right away and was very easy to work with. About a month later, our water heater broke late at night and was leaking water into our garage, office and laundry room. We called Ian and he instructed us how to turn our water heater off over the phone until he could make it down the next day. This stopped the water heater leak that was racking up our water bill and damaging the flooring inside our house. Ian came the next day, assessed the issue, and had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. He also disposed of our broken water heater and recommended a great company to repair the water damage we had on our floors. Overall great service and great person to work with.

Stuck with a drain clogging problem on Saturday, November 21st, I called Hays plumbing and was able to speak with Dan V. He was very helpful and more concerned than the company I called recommended by my Home Warranty Company.

Excellent service. I called on Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule me the next morning. Dan V arrived on-time and fixed the problem plus another one that I brought up during the visit. Very friendly too!

Great experience. Purchased a daily deal on [redacted] for an hour of service. Fast initial follow up and dealing to set up appointment. Ian came out on a Saturday and had a great demeanor. We had minor questions and just wanted stuff reviewed. He found two issues, one that is important to get fixed soon. Zero pressure and we will call him back to fix the issues. Highly recommended!

Ian showed up right on time, assessed the problem with my leaks and fixed them in short order. He also gave me valuable tips on hardware installation which will aid me in the future. I would use Ian in the future without hesitation.

I know most people only tend to write about a service when it is bad. Well, this is why I am compelled to send this note out about my recent services with Hays Plumbing and Cooling/Heating. They are a great company with wonderful people working for them. I have been using them for my AC services and have always been treated fairly and services are always completed as stated. Yesterday, I had to call them for a water heater not working and as usual, they sent someone over right away to investigate. And as I sit here and write this review, my water heater is working again and they also fixed a few other areas of concern. As a home owner, it is great to have a company like Hays that you can count on for all of your AC/Heating and now plumbing concerns. Well done!
