Stuck with a drain clogging problem on Saturday, November 21st, I called Hays plumbing and was able to speak with Dan V. He was very helpful and more concerned than the company I called recommended by my Home Warranty Company.

Manny knew what needed done for my coolers water line, did it quickly and correctly and at a reasonable price. Thank you Manny :-)

Great experience. Purchased a daily deal on [redacted] for an hour of service. Fast initial follow up and dealing to set up appointment. Ian came out on a Saturday and had a great demeanor. We had minor questions and just wanted stuff reviewed. He found two issues, one that is important to get fixed soon. Zero pressure and we will call him back to fix the issues. Highly recommended!

Hays plumbing came over on a Saturday. Person on phone courteous and helpful . Israel who did the actual work was friendly , professional , and explained everything to me. Hard worker. Only reason I didn't give a 10 is the price. Everyone has to charge to keep their business going. Simple economics. Saturday is a little more which I understood. My sinks work well with some modifications. Definitely recommend Hays to anyone.

We had a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe. The woman on the phone was very helpful and reassuring with our Sunday emergency. Ian arrived after helping me on the phone. He was very professional, cordial and diligent. He was not the least bit rushed to leave, ratherhe give us his undivided attention.
