This company is a pain in the neck! They keep sending me emails even though I have unsubscribed several times They have multiple "doctors" so when you unsubscribe from one they put you on a different list I called them & said to remove me from ALL their lists & they said they would Guess what? I got another email from them How can you shut them off???? How likely am I to recommend them? If there was a -on the list, it would not be low enough!

We have sent a letter to [redacted] confirming the cancellation of the automatic program and the refundIt appears [redacted] selected the AutoDelivery program with his online order which resulted in the subsequent order being shippedThe AutoDelivery program allows customer to lock in the low rate.We have also submitted the request to have the customer name removed from the mailing list and advised the customer that it will be take up to weeks to cease all mailings

on January 23rd I ordered and paid $for a DrWhitaker product which I paid via paypal and never receivedI called on February 2nd to tell them I never received my product the girl I spoke with wait until Friday (which was days away) and call back if you have received your product and we'll send you another productI asked why should I have to wait until then to get another productShe said because there are times when people call who haven't received their product and we send them out another product then they get their original orderAt the time of that call I also gave that person my correct telephone number.Well by Friday no product so I called on Saturday spoke with a nice woman named Peggy who stated she would refund me and I had to give her a credit card to get another orderI paid via paypal so I told her let me look online to make sure the money got refundedShe told me it would take 7-days before my money was refundedSo I stated, you want me to give you my credit card (and I further stated that the reason I paid with paypal is that I don't like to verbally give out my credit card number) and trust that in 7-days I'm going to get my money backShe went on to state that its the way their system works; to top it off there wasn't a supervisor to speak with to resolve my problemI further found out that even though I brought my product on the DrWhitaker website, that doctor's product is under a company called Healthy Directions! Who have their own website; talk about misrepresentation!!! Now they want me to believe that they're going to give me my money back when on the first call I asked them to change my phone number, then on the second call I found out it wasn't changedAlso this person she could see that my order was lost, but I had to trust I'd get my refund in 7-day and now in order to get another product I have to verbally give her my credit card!!! What VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm the customer and I have suffer for their poor lack of management!!! Now there is no way for this issue to be resolved immediately! What century is Healthy Directions living in? With the types of technology that is out there I should not have to be put through such and ordeal like this!!! I don't recommend that anyone deals with this company! DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHY DIRECTIONS OR PURCHASE ANY OF DRWHITAKERS PRODUCTS FROM THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IF IT GETS LOST THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!!!

I have consistently ordered DrS [redacted] products for several years and have never had any problemsI ordered and received one product that did not meet my expectationsI had days in which to return the product for a refundI failed to do that, which was my fault entirelyI use their auto delivery service and sometimes I have had scheduled deliveries postponedCustomer Service handled this for me with no questions askedThe customer service people I have dealt with have always been very helpful and courteous

I have been a Healthy Directions customer for years, and I just found out that they are now a 'corporate sponsor' for a charity called Vitamin Angels. I guess I'm supposed to be as 'thrilled' about it as they are, but all I feel now is angry. I have to work for my money, and I like their products, but I didn't sign up with them to be involved in any charities. This is strictly business for me. Buying things and giving your money to charities are two separate things - I know it sounds cold but I don't care, I want no part of belonging to any type of charity just because of what I buy. I am probably going to cancel my account with them very soon. We need to stop making everything so political - now we can't even purchase things without being affiliated with some kind of charity. It's ridiculous, and I am angry with this company for throwing me into this without my knowledge or consent. I don't have to give them my money, and now it looks like I won't anymore. How dare they!

products are good but shipments don't come in a timely manner. They ship in 5-7 business days and on the automatic refill you will run out every month. They can't come up with a solution for this so I would not use it. I will probably look elsewhere for probiotics
