This company is a pain in the neck! They keep sending me emails even though I have unsubscribed several times. They have multiple "doctors" so when you unsubscribe from one they put you on a different list. I called them & said to remove me from ALL their lists & they said they would. Guess what? I got another email from them. How can you shut them off???? How likely am I to recommend them? If there was a -10 on the list, it would not be low enough!

on January 23rd I ordered and paid $47.00 for a Dr. Whitaker product which I paid via paypal and never received. I called on February 2nd to tell them I never received my product the girl I spoke with wait until Friday (which was 4 days away) and call back if you have received your product and we'll send you another product. I asked why should I have to wait until then to get another product. She said because there are times when people call who haven't received their product and we send them out another product then they get their original order. At the time of that call I also gave that person my correct telephone number.Well by Friday no product so I called on Saturday spoke with a nice woman named Peggy who stated she would refund me and I had to give her a credit card to get another order. I paid via paypal so I told her let me look online to make sure the money got refunded. She told me it would take 7-10 days before my money was refunded. So I stated, you want me to give you my credit card (and I further stated that the reason I paid with paypal is that I don't like to verbally give out my credit card number) and trust that in 7-10 days I'm going to get my money back. She went on to state that its the way their system works; to top it off there wasn't a supervisor to speak with to resolve my problem. I further found out that even though I brought my product on the Dr. Whitaker website, that doctor's product is under a company called Healthy Directions! Who have their own website; talk about misrepresentation!!! Now they want me to believe that they're going to give me my money back when on the first call I asked them to change my phone number, then on the second call I found out it wasn't changed. Also this person she could see that my order was lost, but I had to trust I'd get my refund in 7-10 day and now in order to get another product I have to verbally give her my credit card!!! What VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm the customer and I have suffer for their poor lack of management!!! Now there is no way for this issue to be resolved immediately! What century is Healthy Directions living in? With the types of technology that is out there I should not have to be put through such and ordeal like this!!! I don't recommend that anyone deals with this company! DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHY DIRECTIONS OR PURCHASE ANY OF DR. WHITAKERS PRODUCTS FROM THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IF IT GETS LOST THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!!!

It appears [redacted] selected the AutoDelivery program with his online order which resulted in the subsequent order being shipped.

in the low rate.We have also submitted the request to have the customer name removed from the mailing list and advised the customer that it will be take up to 8 weeks to cease all mailings.

We have attempted to reach out to [redacted] by phone and email on this matter and have received no response.It appears [redacted]'s original order for Dr. [redacted] on 5/11 did include the free automatic delivery plan.  We listened to the recorded call and determined that...

the offer was accepted by [redacted].[redacted] contacted us on 6/9/2014 and requested cancellation of the pending order and AutoDelivery program. Per his request the AutoDelivery order was cancelled. His bank may show an authorization of $49.99 for the 6/9 order, but it was never actually charged against the account.We have since cancelled the program to prevent future orders from being sent.A letter will be sent to [redacted] explaining the events surrounding his order.

On my first visit to Healthy Directions site, a 30% off "everything" code "today only" popped up. When I tried to use it for an online order, the page said "code has been applied" but the total of my order stayed the same. A "20% off your first order" code had the same issue. I finally called my order in and after wasting a lot of time, finally learned that the products that I was ordering were not included in the sale. But there was nothing on either offer that let you know that some products were excluded. I went back over to check. The 30% off banner clearly said "everything". I pointed that out to the person I talked to, and she just said that those products were not included. I wrote them a letter, told them they had every right to exclude products but that they should make it clear in their advertising and asking them to delete my account and take me off their email list. I never got a response and am still getting promo emails from them. I just hope that other customers don't make a purchase, thinking they are getting the discount when they are not.

I have a received a package today from a healthy directions today. I have NEVER ordered from this company, but they sent me an order that I placed with dr.whitaker for vision pills for my grandmother. the invoice states that I have been enrolled in auto delivery, which I have never willingly enrolled in. the worse part is that dr.whitaker has shared my info with this other company. when I checked my credit card history it showed that I have been charged 2x for the package.... when I called card services, they informed me that I had been charged a total of 4x! I have been charged $224.98 4x! I am so extremely upset with what ever is going on! both of these companies are fraudulent! I have been calling customer service for both companies since I received the package with no success..... being on hold every time for more than 30mins! this company is preying on our elderly! I am beyond angry! I also glad that this happened to me and not my grandmother!

They keeps sending me Dr. Sinatra's vitamins and supplements that I did not order. I have called and e-mailed numerous times but they keep sending these things. They have me on a auto-order schedule using my credit card. I don't know how to stop Healthy Directions LLC from abusing me and my credit card. This is illegal and is a scam company.

We have still been unable to locate the check in question so we will continue to reach out to the customer.

Product ordered 9-12-16. Check cashed. Upon calling customer service today, the 1st time I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up. Second time I called, I was told systems was down and please call back, I can understand that one. 3rd time I called, I was told the product was shipped 9-27-16, and there was a 5-7 day delivery. When I told the person that we had not received it yet, I was out on hold for 10 more minutes! That is unacceptable, I hung up again. It has been 14 days since the product was mailed, and I still have not received it.

I have consistently ordered Dr. S[redacted] products for several years and have never had any problems. I ordered and received one product that did not meet my expectations. I had 90 days in which to return the product for a refund. I failed to do that, which was my fault entirely. I use their auto delivery service and sometimes I have had scheduled deliveries postponed. Customer Service handled this for me with no questions asked. The customer service people I have dealt with have always been very helpful and courteous.
