Had a 9-bottle auto-ship of a product that I got a discontinued notice on before I got the next shipment so I switched over to a new product that was not theirs. I sent back 8 bottles and got no refund because it was returned "later than their return policy". Funny, the guy on the phone told me I could return it and get a refund. Now they have the product and I'm out the ~$200.

I have a automatic order every 3 months for about $ 130.00. After 2 months I got a notice on my acct that there was a auto charge from Healthy directions for $230.00. Whats going on? I called Healthy Directions and the said dont worry the charge has not been approved by the bank. Called the bank and they said it had been approved? It appears they made a unapproved charge to my acct. Cancelled the card and the auto purchase. Guess I will find someone else. They cannot be trusted.

Good morning my name is Antonio Vergara Marban, on June 7, 2019 I sent my personal check # 364 of $34.48 for one bottle of your very good product Omega plus max, but until now I have yet not received it in my address at el Paso, TX 79903, pls let me know when you go to send it to me. Thank for your kind attention.

In your advertisement by The American Health Report it states on page 23 that one can receive a $10.00 Savings Certificate for use a next order.
Then under that advertisement in a separate advertisement it states "Free Gift For Call-In Orders only!" and further, "This $20 Savings Certificate Is YOURS FREE.
The back of the Savings Certificate is not shown so it seems to be saying that the $20 is deducted from the stated price of $49.99. Your office supervisor at 1-888-349-0397 states that it is the intent that the add does not mean what it says and that the $20 is also a future reduction credit.
This misleading add should be clarified for future prospective customers and throws doubt on the honesty of your companies attempts at honest business practices.
Please advise of the proper ordering requirements.

Customer Service does not serve I wanted to cancel an order I placed as it has been close to a month and haven't received items I decided to cancel order as it hadn't been shipped yet and they told me I couldn't do that once the order was at the warehouseI asked to speak to a manager at the warehouse facility and they said they don't have any contact numbers for the warehouse I went to my bank to see if they could block the charge They have also marked this company with their security and fraud departmentHealthy Directions resolution was to refuse the order when received and they would credit my account when they receive the product backI cannot sit by my door until a shipment that they can't even tell me when it's been shipped is going to arrive to refuse acceptance I have been advised by the bank to contact Revdex.com I have also sent a message to DrSinatra since it is his products being sold on this site

This company is unbelievable I placed an order in September The item did not meet my expectations I returned the item Did not receive a refund First call made they told me to call back tomorrow Second call they told me they were having problems issuing credit back to credit cards Would have to wait for a check to be mailed Third call told to wait three weeks Fourth call asked for a manager waited and never got a managerNext call was told I was receiving a partial check Did receive that Waited for a while called again was told should be receiving within three days Still have not received the final check I will NEVER purchase from these companies again DrSinatra, Dr.Whitacker or Healthy Directions BUYER BEWARE I cannot believe the Revdex.com rating they have

Horrible! Ordered Dr. Sinatra Multi' last November, and several times since. Not received to this day, Helen of Troy keeps returning the money with NO EXPLANATION,- NO EXPLANATION!?. Ordered Dr. Whittaker stuff, same thing, Would call those people but can not use phone because of hearing problems, frustrated? YES!
