I needed a medicine urgently and wanted to speak to a person to try to arrane for the best possible delivery. I exchanged 3 emails with someone who would only say they were in email support and would never give me a phone number where I could speak with an actual person. In frustration, I continued looking for another source and found one where I could speak to a person who shipped air overnight same day at lower cost than Healthykin. I will not contact Healthykin again.

Healthykin.com had sent me defective products. I emailed my complaint to them. After going back and forth with them trying to resolve the problem, which they did not want to send me a prepaid label to send back the defective product. I emailed them back one more time and told them, if they do not send me a prepaid label to return the defective product or give me a credit for the defective product, that I will notify my credit card company and Revdex.com of their poor customer service in trying to correct this problem. Plus they jacked up the price on same identical product $50 more than what I paid for my 1st order over 2 months ago. They claim the price of my product went up. That was not true, because I checked with the manufacturer of my product, and they said the price did not go up, plus they had not heard of this company and they did not do business with them. I felt this company is ripping me off. No only me but any new customer that may have wanted the same product. Finally they decided to refund me my money after 4 - 5 emails. I will never do business with this company again. Who has every heard of an a business that does not have a business phone number to call and talk to the customer service department to help resolve their customers problems.

I was looking for a taller walking cane. I found a greeat cane at Healthykin.com. They're website is smart & ordering quick. Prices are fantastic. I ordered the cane & when delivered it was left at the door. Someone walked off with it. After leaving an email the costomer service got in touch and replaced it on the spot. Except I requested another way of delivery. Happy to say I recieved thecane last week.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9833763, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Please read the E-mails I sent to you. Unless I am missing something, I don't see a return RA#.  And even if there was I am paying a restocking fee for a defective product, according to what I read on this site.  There would be no way to know if the crutches were working properly unless they were tried out.  Take special note of the conversation where I was threatened by possibly making a complaint, from [redacted]. As you can tell by your files I have never filed a complaint in the past. I have never  felt like I had to complain to Revdex.com until I bought from this company, and dealt with [redacted].  I believe these crutches have been returned for the very same reason.Regards,[redacted]

The product arrived in a timely manner, and the the contents were as described. I would recommend this company to others who may have the same needs.

Our daughter is very ill and needed declogging kits for her feeding tube that is her way to hydrate and receive nutrition. We received the items overnight. We will continue to do business with such a good company. Thank you.

Received the product I ordered the day after it was ordered.

A part of the product ordered had a damage. Contacted company ye e-mail and they responded the following business day. They resolved the issue and promised to replace product that same day. There was no requirement to return product first before it was replaced, resulting in no additional cost to this client. Dan, the sales/customer service representative was very courteous, professional and efficient.

I was searching for some products for my baby because some of hers ran out so I foundHHealthykin on the internet and decided to try them, because there website was really friendly to use and full of all the items I needed and more. I placed an order and thought that it would be about a week before I received it, but surprise we got it just 3 days later. HHealthykin is awesome!!!!! Thanks for helping me and following up with me so soon.
