I ordered two folding step stools (4" high) for my elderly father, and after receiving an emal that they were delivered and after tracking, apparently they and another item were stolen from my front porch after UPS delivery (just before Christmas!) After a couple very kind and courteous emails, Healthy Kin shipped two more via UPS (with signature required) to me at no cost Not their fault, but they jumped in to fix the situation! Awesome customer service

Healthykin.com had sent me defective productsI emailed my complaint to themAfter going back and forth with them trying to resolve the problem, which they did not want to send me a prepaid label to send back the defective productI emailed them back one more time and told them, if they do not send me a prepaid label to return the defective product or give me a credit for the defective product, that I will notify my credit card company and Revdex.com of their poor customer service in trying to correct this problemPlus they jacked up the price on same identical product $more than what I paid for my 1st order over months agoThey claim the price of my product went upThat was not true, because I checked with the manufacturer of my product, and they said the price did not go up, plus they had not heard of this company and they did not do business with themI felt this company is ripping me offNo only me but any new customer that may have wanted the same productFinally they decided to refund me my money after - emailsI will never do business with this company againWho has every heard of an a business that does not have a business phone number to call and talk to the customer service department to help resolve their customers problems

I have been doing business with HealthyKin.com for several years now I probably place somewhere between to orders per year with most of the orders involving two or more boxes of freight Throughout all of my experiences with HealthyKin.com, I have not had a single bad experience with customer service issues or management policies at that company We have had a few problems with common carriers of freight, none of which involved any missteps by HealthyKin.com in any manner whatsoever When a problem has involved an issue with a product lost/damaged by the freight company, HealthyKin.com has immediately replaced damaged freight in a very expeditious manner This company's actions and policies are, without exception, customer service oriented You will not be disappointed with this company
