Unfortunately, the business is not taking responsibility for their faulty website design which caused this customer to purchase of a child's size pillow for an adultAs explained, the business website chose the size for me by defaultWhen I attempted to make them aware of the situation, they offer no apology or acknowledgement of misleading customers and lastly no compensation for this errorSince the pillow is enclosed in an unsealed oversized zipper case that does not even fit the pillow, the business cannot prove that the pillow was used. They also cannot prove that their own staff did not drop a hair on the pillow. The business claims that they responding to hygiene, however by selling a hygiene product that is not properly sealed invites disputes such as this one. The business is behaving unfairly to its customer

I wish I had found this company many years agoI discovered Healthykin.com 1/years ago, I have purchased many different items ( 18+ by my count ) everything from creams, gloves, wipes, briefs, first aid supplies, body wash, shampoo caps, bibs, underpads (washable and disposables) and a gel seat cushion
Orders were always shipped promptly, if for some reason they was out of stock of an item, it was shipped from another locationI always got what I ordered
All of these items were purchased for use on my mother, I have been her caregiver for years, as a live in, the last was 24/She passed on July at the age of 1/
This is the reason I am no longer doing any business with them, if the need arises in the future, I will waste no time doing business with them again
All corisponces were promptly replied toThey even alowed me to return the last order I had placed before my mother passed
