This customer ordered the incorrect product two times, even when directed to the correct product after his first mistake. Urological products are non-returnable per our Return Policy. We allowed him to return both of his orders and we issued refunds with no restocking fees. Unfortunately we cannot...

I ordered a bedside com,ode for my 85 year old sister. She is thrilled with it. it was very inexpensive but easy for her to get On and off of it. I even got one for myself. I do not need it yet but at 83, who knows. it will also come in VERY handy if we have an EMP and no way to flush toilet. I won't have to squat in a hole dug nto my yard. Thank you!!!

I've been ordering medical supplies from this company over the last couple of years, and have found them to be fairly priced (vs local 'medical supply' outlets), with a site that's pretty easy to negotiate (and a very helpful staff when you need to phone to ask questions)...and, equally important VERY quick to ship! My experiences with Healthykin have been (thus far) only very positive.

Healthykin.com had sent me defective products. I emailed my complaint to them. After going back and forth with them trying to resolve the problem, which they did not want to send me a prepaid label to send back the defective product. I emailed them back one more time and told them, if they do not send me a prepaid label to return the defective product or give me a credit for the defective product, that I will notify my credit card company and Revdex.com of their poor customer service in trying to correct this problem. Plus they jacked up the price on same identical product $50 more than what I paid for my 1st order over 2 months ago. They claim the price of my product went up. That was not true, because I checked with the manufacturer of my product, and they said the price did not go up, plus they had not heard of this company and they did not do business with them. I felt this company is ripping me off. No only me but any new customer that may have wanted the same product. Finally they decided to refund me my money after 4 - 5 emails. I will never do business with this company again. Who has every heard of an a business that does not have a business phone number to call and talk to the customer service department to help resolve their customers problems.

I was hesitant to order as there wasn't a phone number to call and I needed my order quickly. I went ahead and ordered online on Monday and received my order on Wednesday! This was fantastic! I was also provided with excellent package tracking info along the way. I will be definitely be ordering from Healthykin again.

I'm so happy with my purchase of the TrueTest Glucose Test Strips. This is the fastest service ever, and the price is very reasonable. I placed an order for the above mentioned Strips and received them the next day. My order was very well packed. So far the strips are giving me accurate readings, and I am satisfied. I will definitely order again.

Went to order product....made a mistake on order...contact company by email of course...requesting they call me to send different product...guess what no phone call, they will just ship items and take money as usual. Poor business communications.

responsible for paying shipping for what is their mistake! What they have listed on their site, & what is on my receipt is not what they sent! They have the incorrect MFR# for the Performance plus sponges! They have the correct name & picture, but the MFR# is incorrect! They are instead betraying customers by shipping these [redacted] Split sponges for the Performance plus which the MFR# is [redacted]. I have included pictures of each item & my receipt to show it's a mistake on their part that they need to correct because it's misleading & very dishonest!

Excellent service. Far more than I expected and in a much shorter time period.

I am absolutely amazed in how quickly I received the blue crutches...After a year ( no exaggeration) researching for an affordable price. I think I finally....no...I-Finally found the right place to purchase crutches.

Church parishioners will be surprised for sure.

Hoping this item will be readily available for purchase.
