I placed an order for a chemotherapy drug on line on a weekend By Wednesday I still had not received a confirmation I called customer service They could find no trace, other than the prescription from my vet, for any account information or order I was almost out of the medication by then I explained the situation to customer service and she said that she had another hour before her shift was over and would do everything she could to get the order out with *** 2-day shipping Low and behold, minutes later, she called me back and said that the order was on it's way a full day ahead of schedule It arrived today, just as she said, much to my relief Great job, customer service! Now you just need to get that IT to fix your web site!!!

I order *** vaccine for my puppies Instead I received a different vaccine which I didn't order
I called Heartland Veterinary and ordered *** *** and received instead *** I have used the *** for years on small puppies that weigh only lbs and have never had a problem with a reaction I also paid $*** plus $*** in Next Day Air so the vaccine would not be damage by heat I am very unhappy they made the mistake of sending the wrong vaccine The product I wanted is on their website They have refused to make this right

On *** or sometime in period, a credit card hold was placed on my account***, tried to contact both by phone, and e-mail, have not received any responseVery unsatisfied with their operation

Rather than give a long, torrid recount of my experience, along with a scathing review, allow me to just state the facts (I presume you're an intelligent person since you're actually looking at reviews, so you can decide for yourself Here goes:
I ordered a PRESCRIPTION (***, for my dog) on 10/12/
I live in an overnight delivery area from their location, therefore presumed I'd get my order at least by the following Monday, given the time of day, weekend, end
The order didn't arrive on Monday, 10/16/
I called to inquire about the status of my order the morning of 10/17/(Remember: It's a PRESCRIPTION.)
I was told it had gone back to the pharmacy just that morning
I confirmed this meant that my order hadn't even shipped, given the full days of Friday and Monday and was told it had not and was not packaged or logged at that time
I told them I was calling my vet and would likely be calling back to cancel that order, which I did -- within the hour (I was able to transfer this prescription to Valley Vet in Marysville KS, get it processed IMMEDIATELY, AND have it shipped out the same day, receiving it the following day -- with NO additional expense.)
The following Saturday, a charge of $*** was on my credit card
I called on 10/21/and spoke with Janice who ensured me the refund request was on Heather's desk, to be processed the following Monday
The following Saturday, there was still no credit on my card -- not even "pending"
I called on 10/30/17, leaving a message on Heather's voicemail (the person to transact charges and credits)
I called on 10/30/to general customer support, spoke with Amy, who tried to get Heather on the phone, to no avail, but returned to tell me the credit had been issued on 10/23/
I checked my card statement while on the phone with Amy, but there was no pending or posted credit AT ALL
Amy said she'd email me a copy of the credit invoice as soon as we hung up
After waiting the good part of an hour and not receiving anything, I contacted my credit card company, explained the situation, and opened a dispute for the $***, which they immediately issued a provisional credit for
Today (11/6/17), I saw the card company's credit of $*** AND a credit from Heartland for $***
I again tried to reach Heather, only to get her voicemail again
I hung up and called the general service number, where the call began with Aleisha, who was eventually able to get Heather on the phone
Heather gave a rundown of how many days it takes them to process an order, then ship it, that the order was "supposed" to ship on the 16th, and I'd canceled on the 17th, saying the $*** was a 5% processing fee as stated "on the website"
I recounted the ACTUAL events with her, to which she argued and (basically) said I was lying -- even when I told her they'd charged my card PRIOR to the order being processed OR shipped, AND I'd canceled prior to the order being completed by the pharmacy OR shipping
Heather kept arguing, stating it was a 5% fee they could charge because it "says on the website" they can/will
I informed her of my open dispute with my credit card company and explained that I was tired of calling them every week over this, she could either do the right thing and complete the proper credit, or I'd simply go back to my card company and ask them to follow through on the dispute on my behalf -- making her aware that I would make certain to submit my OWN reviews so others could be forewarned
She continued to argueuntil I hung up on herthen called the credit card company to discuss the matter and acquire assurance that THEY would continue and collect the disputed balance with the merchant (Heartland Veterinary Supply, Hastings NE)
Now, if THIS is the kind of service and want and feel is "okay", by all means, to there; you deserve what you get If, however, you want and expect better service, people who do what they should WITHOUT you having to ask, beg, argue, and so on, along with getting your order (especially prescriptions) out in an expeditious and friendly manner, then you should go to *** in Marysville KSjustlikeI did:)

1st time ordering with this companyTurned out to be somewhat confusing getting the prescription approved but Anthony was able to help get it straightened out

I switched from my online pharmacy for my heart worm prevention to Heartland Veterinary Supply and Pharmacy, because it was going to cost me $** lessI mailed out my prescriptions the day I placed the order to the address on the website and on my receiptThe website does state that if you are in California there may be a delay in getting your orderSince I live in Tennessee I figured this didn't apply to meAfter weeks I tried to contact customer service twice by phoneAfter an extremely long time on hold both times I hung up and sent emails (twice) with no replyAfter the 4th week my order was cancelledI called and was finally able to speak with someoneShe was very nice but it seems that my prescriptions were "lost in the mail"Years of mailing the original prescriptions, never have they not arrived at their destinationThe customer service representative checked the system and the mail room but they were not to be foundShe said that once they received someones prescription months after it was mailedI told her that if that happened to mine to not fill the order because I was going back to my original companyNow that I had no original prescriptions, I had the other company contact my vet and within business days my account was charged and the prescriptions were shippedIt doesn't always benefit you to try to save a little moneyMy dogs' health are worth more to me than saving $**I will never order from them again

The medications were not appropriately delivered and they refused to rectify the issue
I purchased medications for my sister's service dogI had Heartland mail the medications to my sister in ***She lives in an apartment building, but because she's disabled mail and packages are required to be delivered to her door and not the main mailroomIf things are delivered to the mailroom, she's often unable to get themThe Heartland package was not delivered to her but was instead left at the mailroomShe did not get the packageI notified Heartland of this problem and after an initial email to me, the company chose to completely ignore me

Talked to a supervisor Mintha about the box being mangled and the safety seal broken on the bottleEven sent picturesAfter speaking to pharmacy she assured me they were safe to give because they are a "licensed" pharmacyWhen I said I wasn't quite comfortable giving him the meds, wanted to return it and have my account credited, she had the audacity to say there would be a restocking fee! This pharmacy should NOT be licensed or in businessThey better hope and pray to God that in the next days (length of meds) that nothing bad happens to my dog or I will pursue this even further than I already am going to

Package of Joint chews for my dog was delivered with the lid unsecured and product looseWould not replace because I found it after day guarantee
I ordered canisters of *** Joint Chews for my dog that suffers from hip displasia I received my package later than the estimate, but I still had a canister that I was using, so no big deal I put the package aside until I was done with the previous canister, and then opened the box that they shipped me Inside were the two canisters I ordered, but one did not have the top screwed on and product was thrown about the box This was after the 30-day 'guarantee' period
I emailed them and asked them to send me another canister and explained that I just opened the package and the sterile non-caring reply was literally, "We are sorry to hear your package arrived with some issuesUnfortunately, we will not be able to replace this item for youOur return policy clearly states that any claims must be made within a day time frame

I placed an order online I called and cancelled the orderThe lady told me it has shipped and to refuse itI did what was told
I refused the deliveryThey charged my credit card and said they refunded itI was only partially refunded I want the full amount backI cancelled and told my vet not to send a prescriptionI did everything possibleI want the full amount back

I placed an order on the 13thThe order history showed that the credit card was authorized almost immediately As of the 27th it has still not been processed(When buying a medicine for a pet, timing is important!) I have called them times and have never gotten an answer As soon as I press for customer service, I get placed on hold and nothing ever happens after that There is no "someone will be with you shortly" message...just unending music I have sent emails using their website and have not received a reply I will never use this company again

Lied about delivery
Company had prescription since *** said order would be shipped within hours as of *** the order had not shipped I called and spoke with a manager who promised me they would ship it out yesterday for Saturday delivery at their expense for the inconvenience they did not do that and now claim they never said it They have been accused of this many times before by other people I have come to find out today

Very poor customer service and slow shipping, with no option to cancel the order
Horrible customer serviceI ordered my dog's medicine a week and a half ago, on ***, and it has yet to shipI have emailed times and called only to be put on hold for so long that I gave upMy card has already been charged and there is no option to cancel the order since I cannot get in touch with the company, so my dog is out of medicine and suffering and I cannot take my Rx elsewhere as it has already been 'filled'Very upset with the delivery and customer service I have experienced with this company

7/6/ Person that takes my order *** I have been blessed to have *** helping with my order Both dogs with Cushings and she manages to keep the orders straight on the computer She has excellent PR, she knows her way around the computer and orders and how to problem solve She is more than an ASSET to your company She is a keeper I am an RN and seldom do I compliment But she is the best I cannot say enough excellence about this one personThanks for your time
