What about the 100% money back guarantee...we paid $2000 back in Feb of 2018 and nothing was done WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

Contract states we'll be refunded 100% of all fees paid if timeshare is not cancelled within 1 year. Contract was signed 4/23/16. No refund was given.
We signed a contract that stated under Warranty: If client does not get a cancellation within the Term, Client will be refunded 100% of all fees paid. The term of contract was not to exceed 12 months. Helping Timeshare Owners just helped us draft multiple emails to Wyndham, but that was all. After we sent an email, we had to wait 1+ month. There was excessive amounts of time wasted sitting around waiting for a response and then we couldn't get a hold of HTO because our representative wasn't an employee anymore, but HTO never informed us. Thus, no one was working on our case. We should have received a 100% refund of $2,000 by 4/23/17. It is now 3 years later and we have not received a response. We have been more than accommodating, patient, and uncomplaining. I would highly recommend anyone to not use this company since they obviously do not follow through with their own contracts but have no problem taking money from people who are in need of help.

Desired Outcome

We are seeking 100% refund of $2,000 of fees paid.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Apr 29, 2020

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond, and we apologize for the delay, we are currently operating with minimal staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our goal is to always have all of our clients cases resolved as quickly as possible, however, in a very small portion of cases, the resorts will drag their feet and refuse to be cooperative.
We were able to speak with this client today, they signed up for our service through a third party company, "Infinitee Travel Network" which is who they would need to contact in regards to a refund. I also provided this information to Joanna, who stated she has not been able to get a hold of anyone from that company, but also understands that these are unprecedented times we are experiencing, and she will reach out to them again once the pandemic begins to subside.

If we can be of any further assistance, we would encourage this client to contact us directly, I provided them my contact information.

A guy came and told me if I signed with them I'd never haveto pau maintenance or anything. I am legally blind and could not read anythingso he took my finger and showed me where to sign. I called them 3 days later tocancel and they told me I could get my money back.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like to cancel because I cannot use it. My husbandneeds a new kidney so we are stuck. My friend *** is writing this for me.

I Paid Helping Timeshare Owners (Resort Advisors Inc) $3K to be released from a timeshare in Apr 2019. I have gotten no results only a bill for 381.00
I paid the subject matter $3K to be released from a Timeshare. It's been almost a year and nothing has happened. No one responds to my calls, emails or faxes. I received a bill from *** Timeshare for maintenance fees ($381.00). I have not used the timeshare and will not be using it. Larisa P is the person that I was communicating with at Helping Timeshare Owners, but now she does not answer or take my phone calls.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $3K or released from the *** Timeshare

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Jan 29, 2020

We have reached out to this client and went over her case and concerns as well as generated the next dispute document to move forward with her case. It appears that she did not have the correct contact information for our company, we have also provided that to her. At any time should she have any questions, we would encourage her to contact our offices directly.

Customer Response • Jan 29, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the response because there was a misunderstanding

I entered a contract with help4tso and paid them almost 5k to assist with canceling my timeshares. I have had no response in a year.
I contacted Help4tso in August of 2017 to assist with the disposal of my timeshare.
We have been working on this of 3 years now and they have not been returning my phone calls or emails.

Desired Outcome

I want the contract canceled and my money refunded

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Feb 14, 2020

I have spoken with this client today. He did not pay our company directly, therefore he would need to contact the company that he signed up through, as they would be the entity to issue a refund. Should he have any further questions, we would encourage him to contact us directly.

They take your money and don't do what they claim
This company is a scam. They make you pay to cancel your Timeshare. In no way shape or form is it actually done. They claim to have lawyers and say they will handle your cancellation. The letters they send you to send the Timeshare seem as if they are written by a child and there is never a response from the Timeshare. They actually never have a lawyer handle your cancellation. The letters they have you send are all the same. You spend thousands of dollars just to send in letters you could have sent yourself. When I told them I was now in foreclosure, they told me that is what I wanted. Now I have a foreclosure on my credit. They proceed to give you a number to call someone else to pay and have that removed from your credit report. I could have easily gone into foreclosure myself and saved time and money DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. A foreclosure is not a cancellation.

Desired Outcome

I demand a refund since I was not given what was promised to me.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 13, 2019

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond. We spoke with this client and have resolved her concerns. We will have our credit repair company contact her and her fee will be waived.

Customer Response • Dec 16, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They have reached out to me and are in the process of having this foreclosure mark removed from my credit report.

I wish to have my money refunded. They did not resolve anything. This was very misrepresented. I was lied to. Certified letter to listed CEO retur
Agreement entered into July 25, 2018 for a period not to exceed 12 months to terminate timeshare ownership. I have e-mailed my contact Danielle ***. No response. I sent a certified letter to listed CEO William ***. It was returned to me as undeliverable. I want my $3,495 returned to me. I have repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with process. I feel very scammed. I have been lied to. I was told they were in good standing with the Revdex.com. At first it appeared they were not rated then complaints and an F rating appeared. I was told I stood a very good chance of having $6500 returned to me by Flagship Resort. I was told Flagship was one of the tougher ones. If they dealt with Flagship in the past they would be aware Flagship has no program to buy back timeshares. They do not even take them back. Flagship representatives have repeatedly informed me of this. They say I must transfer ownership to another. Our letters to Flagship are pathetic shaming them for not helping me. On one letter to Flagship my address is incorrect. I live in Sioux City, Iowa but my address was listed as Sioux Falls, Iowa. Sioux Falls is in South Dakota. This is slipshod carelessness. Danielle sends me letters which I sign and send to the Flagship. These are to be sent certified which is an additional $7-12.50 each time. I want my $3,495 returned to me. They have used my money interest free for well over a year. I have severe emphysema. This has forced me to take early retirement. $3,495 is two months of Social Security checks for me. I can not afford this. When they are trying to get your money they talk of refunds from the resort. If they worked with Flagship they knew they were outright lying to me. I am being evaluated for a lung transplant. I need my money returned to me. It appears to me Helping Timeshare Owners are the ones preying on the sick and elderly. There are businesses that buy timeshares. I can sell it, pay the maintenance fees, late fees and taxes. I would know it was taken care of properly and at no expense to me.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting my $3,495 be returned to me. The year was up July 25, 2019.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 13, 2019

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond. We hope to be able to provide this client a better understanding of our process. We have called this client and left two voicemails to go over her case, however, we have not heard back.

It is not uncommon for the resorts to deny the cancellation of a timeshare. In fact, we expect them to. That is why it is extremely important for our clients to send us copies of the responses from the resort so that we can respond to them in a timely manner.

We remain more than willing to review the information this client received from her resort and move forward to the next steps of our process to get this resolved for her.

Requesting that the Helping Timeshare Owners contract refund agreement be honored and that my refund of $1,890.00 be refunded in full.
I enlisted Helping Timeshare Owners, Inc. / Orlando Ventures, LLC, on 12/12/17 to get my timeshare contract cancelled from The Flagship Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. They took my money immediately $1,890.00 and told me that it would take about a year and if they couldn't, I would receive my full refund of $1,890.00 based on their 100% money back guarantee contract if they couldn't complete within 12 months. At the time, *** Defense Law was representing for H4TSO in cancelling my contract with the Flagship Resort. Started with *** Defense Law on 12/12/2017. Trusted *** Defense Law (case manager was Alma R on 12/28/17 until 10/29/18) to proceed in their process in getting my contract cancelled from the resort. Had received the Flagship Resort Maintenance Fee billing statement for 2019 payment, I forward it to case manager Alma R on 10/29/18 only to receive a Postmaster-undeliverable message couldn't be delivered on 10/29/18. I really thought that I've truly lost my money, felt that I was taken, it was a scam. I then contacted Jeff H Sr. Case Analyst of H4TSO, the person I started the contract with on 12/12/17 and he had informed that *** Defense Law was let go because they were not doing their jobs and had to acquire another firm to take over in representing H4TSO in handling and cancelling contract with resorts. *** Law who took over my case on 11/8/18 but prior to this, 9 months had passed and during these 9 months, no one had contacted me from H4TSO notifying me of the law firm changes-during this same period of 9 months, I thought *** Law Defense was working on my resort cancellation but they weren't (a waste/loss of 9 valuable months) and then I reached out to Jeff H, after explaining my situation, he contacted then *** Law and shortly thereafter, I received phone call from new case manager Elyse R who was assigned to my case on 11/9/18 but due to lack of responding to my concerns and emails in a timely manner, I reported it to Danielle ***, General Manager of *** Law and after hearing my complaints and concerns, she assigned another case manager to my case on 2/20/19, Hannah Y *** Law-In-House Counsel... Danielle C was informed that Hannah Y was senior/more experienced and that my emails/concerns would be address more appropriately/timely, this too was also short lived as well, it reverted back to lack of professionalism/consideration when it came to responding to emails and concerns that I had and needed case manager to address. Just about when I was going to contact general manager to complain again, I had received a phone call from now a 4th case manager, Jessica B, Senior Case Manager of Attorneys of *** Law (formerly *** Defense Law, *** Law, *** Law South ), was informed Hannah Y no longer worked there, so from 12/28/17 until 9/2/19, when I emailed Danielle *** informing that I no longer wanted H4TSO to assist in the cancellation of my timeshare property with the Flagship Resort and requested my full refund. In 1yr 9 months' time, I had 4 case managers, 4 law firm name changes, even spoke with the attorney working for H4TSO expressing to me that his firm would not act aggressively to the resort in getting contract cancelled. Finally proceeded in requesting for my refund. Contacted Jeremy P, Director of Operations, for my refund to be returned, he understood everything I went through and informed that I was entitled and will receive my refund, he provided me with the H4TSO-Refund Release Letter on 9/12/19, I've signed, notarized and emailed back to him on 9/13/19, who had acknowledge receipt of the email for my $1,890.00 refund. On 10/19/19, I had sent a follow up email demanding status of my refund also informing that if I didn't receive my refund by certain date, I would have to file a report with my complaint toward H4TSO to the Revdex.com, FTC and AGs but as of yet, I haven't received a response on the refund status. Please mail me my refund.

Desired Outcome

Requesting that the Helping Timeshare Owners contract refund agreement be honored and that my refund of $1,890.00 be refunded in full.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Nov 26, 2019

We have reached out to this client to go over the refund process and left a voicemail. I will be reaching out to him again today as well. We hope to clear up any misunderstandings, as we have already agreed to refund Mr. S. Refunds are processed in the order they were received, and Mr. S is on our list. We would encourage him to reach out to our office directly should he have any questions or need an update.

Customer Response • Dec 02, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We're in agreement that I would be receiving a refund-understood, but not in agreement of when... "Refunds are processed in the order they were received" is not acceptable... for all I know, there may be literally dozens of refunds ahead of me and as far as I know, I won't be receiving my refund for several months or even years. You've stated that in your Revdex.com response to other complaints that you have had over 27,000 plus clients in 9 years being in business so why can't you just cut me my refund immediately... 27,000 plus clients is a lot of business... I should NOT have to be placed on a waiting list, based on the order it was receive, to receive my refund of $1,890.00.... just cut the check, have it mail and it's over...

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 06, 2019

Again, we would encourage Mr. S to contact out office directly should he have any questions regarding our refund process. We would be more than willing to provide him with an update. We have also reached out to him twice since the the original complaint, but had to leave messages and have not heard back.

It has been over 12 months, with no favorable outcome and they won't return my $2600.00 as Guarantee, by their 100% refund.
On 6 September 2018 a contract was offered to cancel two timeshare for a fee of $2600.00, $1300.00 each. Helping Timeshare Owners failed to deliver the service agreed upon as designated in section 1, client will be entitled to a 100% refund. The first timeshare, Wyndam never cancelled my contract as Danielle ***, Case Manager 888-*** ext *** stated, after several letters to their company to cancel it. They just closed my account after not getting any money within eight months, sold it to a collection agency (s), messed my credit reports (scores) up, by it being a charge off for not paying on it. All that the Timeshare letters do is delay the process of it being closed, putting you in false hope of the contract truly being cancelled (Released). Any company will close your account after so many months of not being paid and sell it off/report you to the Credit Bureau(s). They (Wyndam) must put it in writing that the contract is cancelled (Release)!!! Not sell it off to a Collection Agency.
The second timeshare AMG has never responded back to any letter or telephone calls, we are now in the processed of being sued by *** (case # ***) who worked with AMG in getting the loan for the resort in the first place and have never provided any services since it was opened. I have asked Danielle *** to return our funds since the opening of this contract (by email and telephone calls) with them (Helping Timeshare Owners), because of the delay of help in the first few months and thru out the year. She would not direct me to her Admin personnel, Director of Operations or the Bill ***/ Owner to return my funds. She always stated it takes time for it to work and that I should wait for the resorts to answer back, which Wydham did by send it to collections and AMG not responding in any way, so we have not received timely, favorable outcome from this company. I have not been able to talk to anyone else from this company to return my funds. I have been in some hardships over this year with this company the resorts and personal problems , I just need my funds returned as soon as possible.

Desired Outcome

Return of my $2600.00, Certificate of Guarantee--100% REFUND. Within a timely manner, 15 days. Email me the required paperwork to receive my funds back, now, and not hold up the return of funds for months.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Nov 21, 2019

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond. This client has two contracts that we helped him dispute. One contract was cancelled in June 2019. The second contract we are trying to work with Mr. to resolve, however, he has been combative and uncooperative. As we have successfully helped him resolve on of his cases, he would not be entitled to a refund for that file. In regards to his 2nd contract, he has been in breach of contract for not cooperating with our process. In regards to the claim of being sued by ***, this is not something that our company is involved with. We do not dispute credit card debt whatsoever. We remain more than willing to work with Mr. to resolve his timeshare dispute. He can contact his case manager at anytime to go over his concerns and we will be more than happy to assist with anything within the scope of our service agreement.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Please have them send you all my emails since the beginning of this so call contract. I wanted my funds returned from the beginning since know one was helping me. Then it was an long waiting game, she (Danielle)always stated to me that I was combative and uncooperative since I just wanted my money back. It looks like she wrote the response back. WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE!! I worked with her the best I could, she did not provide a Favorable out coming as stated in their Client Checklist, because AMG Resorts never answered any letter back. The 1st contract was never Released, as stated before it was send to a Collective Agency as the 2nd one too. Where do they think the money came from *** Bank, who was part of the 2nd Timeshare. They don't help you in anything that is legal from any other company that as to do with the Timeshare, because they are Not Lawyers. I am done with this so called Helping Timeshare Owners, all they do is lie. All I want is my money back, I did everything that was in our agreement and still no results. Just please return my funds.....

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 02, 2019

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond again. This clients timeshare with Wyndham was cancelled. We also just ran a property search in Montgomery County Texas to determine if they there was an active deed for his property at Fisherman's Cove, there is no active deed. Therefor that contract has also been cancelled. In regards to the debt that this client owes to *** Bank, this is considered third party debt, which is not something our company has ever handled. We welcome Mr. to contact our office directly should he have any further questions, and we respectfully deny his request for a refund as his contracts with his resorts have been cancelled.

Customer Response • Dec 03, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This company Certificate of Guarantee/Warranty states in their contract: If Client does not get a favorable outcome within the Term, Client will be refunded 100% of all fees. I did not get a favorable out-come. As stated the first report to Revdex.com on both Timeshares. First contract from Wyndham was NOT Released, but sold off to a Collection Agency. Secondly why does it take over 12 months, to tell me that I have been Scam from Fisherman's Cove and that the contract is no good since there is no active deed. Instead of waiting 12 months just to keep my funds and leave me with no respond/return letters from AMG Resorts. Once again this Company (person) just gives you false hope on your Timeshare by the waiting out the Resorts to charge you in some other fashion. (Collection Agency) (Law Sue) and by messing up your Credit Reports for months/years. Why can't they just admit they DO NOT help you in anyway and just return my funds since they Guarantee a Favorable outcome. This was Not in my case....

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 06, 2019

We consider this matter to be closed. We are sympathetic to this clients situation regarding the credit card debt he is facing due to his timeshare purchase, however, our office does not handle credit card debt, and we made that very clear from the beginning. As both of Mr. contracts are cancelled, our service has been fulfilled. If the resort is reporting negatively on Mr. credit, we will gladly refer him to the credit repair company that we work with, he would just need to call our office and speak with his case manager.

Signed an agreement with a 100% money back guarantee that they would get me out of my timeshare.
Was told in order to get my money back I had to sign another agreement acknowledging my request
which I did on Aug 7th of 2019. I sent the request registered mail and received a signed card stating they received it back on Aug 12th 2019. contacted them in Oct and asked when I would receive my refund of $3,586.00, spoke to a women named Daniell she stayed it was on a first come first serve. I told her the signed agreement stated it would be refunded within 60 to 90 days her reply was no the letter did not state that at which time I emailed her a copy. I have heard nothing from them and it is now past the 90 days. Need help getting them to refund me my guaranteed money.

That is not what was in the refund agreement
it states as received but it also states within
60 to 90 days. This company jerks people around
forever to buy time, I have waited and been patient it seems forever. Upon speaking to Danielle
and getting treated like a second hand citizen I
feel it is time they step up to the plate. I have consistently been lied to by her predecessor Jeremey *** whom told me I was next in line for a refund and now he no longer is in the same
position which leads me to believe this company
does everything it can to hold off refunding
their customers. They consistently lie and I have no prove as to were I stand in their supposed order of received refunds.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 04, 2019

We have already agreed to a refund and explained our refund process. It will be processed in the order that it was received. For any additional update, we would encourage you to contact our office directly and we would be more than willing to go over any concerns that you might still have.

We signed a contract with this company that indicated we would receive a refund if they were not able to get us out of our timeshare (TS) agreement by the time our contract ended. A condition of the contract was to send then any letters we got in the mail from the TS company, which we did. We gave Orlando Ventures a year and were still tied to the TS so we requested our refund. They said they wouldn't give us a refund because we had not sent them the bills that we received from the TS company each month. They had not requested those, only letters. We had also been requesting a status report for the last two months of our contract and received no response. We mutually agreed to extend the contract for 6 months to give Orlando Ventures time to receive the bills we had and to continue to try and get us out of our TS agreement.

Six months came and went and, again, we requested our refund as we were still tied to the TS. On April 10, 2019, Jeremy *** told me in an email that we were entitled to our refund and that he would sending us a REFUND RELEASE LETTER to sign and notarize. He said once he received that letter back he would cut us a check. Then he got into an argument with my husband and said that he was mad my husband left them a bad online review. Jeremy then said that we would get the refund letter when we got it. It's now October and we still have not received anything. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. We are still in need of our refund from Orlando Ventures.

What would be the point of wasting everyone's time by calling only to be told once more that the refunds are processed in the order they are received? That doesn't make much sense. It does seem like a lot of people want/need their refunds if you aren't able to generate our refund check in a month's time.

Complaint against World Class Getaways, Timeshare Premier Consulting, and Helping Timeshare Owners (Help4TSO)
This complaint technically involves three companies. The first company 'World Class Getaways, through its agent, offered to cancel provide services for a fee of $1,500.00 to cancel my Timeshare with ..... Resort. Through its agent, I paid the full cost of that timeshare (using my credit cards) and send them the payment for the company to buy out the share provided I also use their vacation packages to stay atbits ownaccredited resort.
I was told that World Class Getaways have forwarded my case to Timeshare Premier Consulting, the second Company or agency, thstthat will handle my case and has then forwarded my case to the 3rd company or agency which is Helping Timeshare Owners or Help4TSO. This last agency's contact for me is Larisa ***. I was still communicating with her through emails until May 2019 but since then my mails were returned and my emails were unanswered.
I called World Class Getaways, Timeshare Premier Consulting, and also Help4TSO for the nth time but all calls were directed to voicemails.
I just want my $6,000.00 back to spend as my husband and I are retired. We're desperate for help at this time.
Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting Revdex.com to fight this case for me to resolve the matter. The resolution could be in the form of a deed or contract or if not to get the $6,000.00 back , money paid to World Class Getaways.

After I filed a complaint with Revdex.com, the agent from Helping Timeshare Owners emailed me with a new mailing address. In the email I was also instructed to request the telephone operator to hold my call to the agent until the she is able to be on the phone for me.
I was also told through this email that the contract between us and Sciotta had been cancelled and to let Revdex.com know that the matter has been resolved. To this email , I responded that since the contract has been cancelled it would be best to give me a copy for my file. Until now, I haven't seen proof of cancellation as of this date 11/4/19 and this means the case has not been resolved §

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Dear Madam,
I have received the stated letter attached in my e-mail and I appreciate the effort.
I do not accept the business response due to the following reasons:
First, the cancellation letter did not come from Sciotta itself-the cancellation letter was from the business (Helping Timeshare Owners). The cancellation of contract letter should come from Sciotta as proof that indeed there shouldn't be any business dealings between us and Sciotta after issuance of cancellation of contract between us.
Second, I would like for Helping Timeshare Owners to respond through here because I have sought the help and has authorized Revdex.com to help us resolve this matter and it would be fair that all our communications be done at Revdex.com's website.
Truly yours

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 04, 2019

Your contract with the resort was cancelled through selling the debt to collections. If you are continuing to receive items from the resort, it's important that you inform your case manager. We would encourage you to reach out to our company directly.

Customer Response • Dec 06, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
If Helping Timeshare Owners did take action on my behalf why would Sciotta sell my debt (mortgage payment and yearly maintenance) to a collection agency?
I have sent or forwarded all the billing notices to Helping Timeshare Owners as instructed and even also forwarded text messages to that effect. Helping Timeshare Owners told me that it is but normal for Sciotta to give me those notices while Helping Timeshare Owners legal team fight my case. I trusted them so I didn't respond to any text message or letters sent to me.
In fact, when I started asking help from Dept. Of Consumer Affairs I have received more text messages from Helping Timeshare legal team to call them.

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Dec 12, 2019

We would encourage this client to call our office directly to go over her case and concerns. It seems as though there must be a misunderstanding regarding our process, as we do not communicate directly with the resort. Please call our office if you have any further questions.

Dear Ms.
RE: CASE #*** had a conversation with the representative from Helping Timeshare Owners and as a result my issues with the agency had been revolved. Thank you.

This company helps people who want to stop making payments to their timeshare. When I signed up, I asked if I needed to stop making payments and they said no..so I signed up thinking it did not matter. Three years later, they tell me that the likelihood of getting a timeshare cancelled is better when people stop making payments. They need to give accurate information from the beginning.

Hello everyone, I really appreciate help of Helping Timeshare Owners company for their help, especially Bobby C. He helped me tremendously. I'm very thankful for his guidance and help. I canceled my timeshare at the last day of my cancellation window. *** 10 stars ⭐ï

Thank you for the positive feedback, and call us if needed. Thanks Again!

Contract was offered to cancel timeshare for a service fee plus $2500 for our specific resort. Co now claims $2500 was for service and won't refund.
We attended a session in Branson, MO where we were offered the chance to get our of our timeshare. Our resort was listed with a buyout fee of $2500. Others ranged from $800 - $3000 listed by name on a chalkboard. There was a fee for their services in addition to the buyout amount. We understood they would negotiate and had successfully negotiated for others to get out at $2500. We accepted and paid the $2500 and their fee. Then we found out when we started the process that they "authored" letters to the resort from us that we signed to do the negotiation. We spent the next 18 months sending 3 different letters. After the third the resort offered a buyout for significantly more than $2500. Help for timeshare owners authored yet another letter but we decided to accept the resort's offer rather than continue for another year and/or lose the offer they made. When I requested the $2500 to offset that much of the cost, I was told that was their "fee" for services rendered. Based on the work they did, that had to amount to about $500 an hour plus the fee we paid. We are out of the timeshare but very little credit can be given to Help for Timeshare Owners.

Desired Outcome

From our perspective the business owes us the $2500 fee they indicated would get us out of our timeshare. We paid more than double that in addition to paying Help for Timeshare Owners to resolve this.

I spoke to Mr. J regarding his refund. We agreed on an amount, and the client is going to follow through with the refund process. We are sorry for the confusion, as he was given some incorrect info by a new employee. Either way, the client and our company have agreed on his refund, and we wish the client all the best. We are certainly glad his timeshare contract is cancelled. That is always the goal from the start. The client may call the office at any time with any further questions they may have.

Jeremy responded within 24 hrs of my complaint and explained that there was a miscommunication with their representative. He offered what I considered a reasonable refund acting on my complaint. I accepted their offer which they plan to pay me in installments over the next few months. I am satisfied with this resolution and consider this complaint as closed - positive.

We were promised a 100$ refund if unable to get us out of our timeshare after a year. We had 2 timeshares and paid money down on both. No refund sent
Paid > 7 thousand dollars to have our timeshare taken care of within a year or our money would be refunded. After a year and no resolution or refund. Once our time with Helping Timeshare Owners LLC in Orlando was over a year old and no resolution we requested our money back as we were told would happen. We could never get a hold of them after that. They would write out a letter we were to review and send along to the timeshare we were dealing with. The last letter they sent was not correct so I E-mail Kim to let her know and no responds back from her even after several VM left. We were left up in the air and over 7 thousand dollars in the whole for work that was promised and never came through. Your Desired Resolution: The money we were promised if they were unable to help resolve our getting out from under our timeshare within a year.

Desired Outcome

REFUND

I am still awaiting for Alex to respond to my question about the addendum before I sign it. I sent the requested information on October 30 certified letter but just found out that they have a new address and it is being sent to them. Not told they had a new address but was told to send to the address they gave. They are very slow to return calls or answer questions

Helping Timeshare Owners Response • Nov 26, 2019

I have reached out to this client directly to go over any questions she might have regarding the addendum. We hope to be able to work this out directly with our client.

The clients timeshare is cancelled, and we are in the process of making sure the clients credit is clear of any derogatory marks from the resort...even though they are not supposed to report anything during a dispute. The fee for the credit clean up is waived per the owner. We will cover that fee if it's needed. Also, the resort rarely refunds clients, and when they do...it's rare and they do not give a reason to avoid any future lawsuits from the client. We urge the client to give us a call back, as we have left a voice mail for him to call us for clarification. As of now, the job is done, and just needs a few final touches. The client should call us as soon as he can so we may make sure everything is understood.

This company guarantees that the Timeshare would be canceled or 100% MONEY BACK. It's been a year+ 9 months and nothing. All they do is send letters.
In November, 2017 I Paid $913.00 -half of the 1,826.00 to Helping TSO and they(Randal ***) GAURANTEED that I would be rid of the timeshare that I was coerced into getting. I paid the other $913.00 in January, 2018 to Randal ***. After almost two years, this is not the fact. I dealt with Case mgr Vanessa *** 888-*** then Ashlei ***(Assistant) and when I called for an update was told that they didn't work there anymore so I was assigned to Matt *** Extn ***. I asked for all of my money back in March, 2019 and now they don't answer nor respond to my emails. I am not 100% satisfied with their services and would like my refund. All they do (after you repeatedly call them) is send out letters for you to review and most are mis-spelled. Then, they make YOU use your own postage to send certified letters to the timeshare owners. They offer no other techniques or skills. I want my full monies back. Not satisfied at all.

Desired Outcome

Since they offered a FULL 100% MONEY BACK GAURANTEE, I AM HEREBY REQUESTING SUCH FOR DISSATIFACTION.

My rep spoke to the client and helped her understand where her case is at. We are at the end of the cancellation with her, and we are just finishing up a few things. It took a little longer than usual, but she understood what the resort was doing, so we helped her understand. Client is sending in documents today to finish up. The client was happy with the response, and we are moving forward to clean up a few final things. Gave the client all of the info she needs so we may make sure she is taken care of. Client is going to work with us to get this case closed. Thank you.

I hired Helping Timeshare Owners and 3 years later nothing was resolved. I did everything they asked and nothing ever happened. I was told that between 6 months and a year they would resolve my case and they never did. They said they could get me out of my timeshare with W. It never happened. My credit got trashed because of me following their suggestions to stop paying the resort. I finally had to settle with the resort on my own. I would run from this company as far and as fast as I could.

This is a perfect example of the resort bashing our company after ALL of this time NOT helping a client that was mislead into a contract with Wyndham. I have had many clients say they were told by the resort to complain to get a refund, then turn around and pay them for a release (usually foreclosure, deferment, stretching out their loan term, or if paid off, a fee to cancel). It seems to be this specific resort doing this to clients after already getting a large sum of money already, which the client will never recoup this way. We are glad this client got what they wanted, but we cannot base the outcome over one or two clients. All of our other verified reviews with the Revdex.com are "5 Star". Sorry for what the resort put this client through...and we hope the resort will honor their agreement to them. Thank you!

Trying to get money back on guarentee now company wont respond.
In early 2018 we signed a contract for the company to help get us out of a time share. The contract came with an attached warranty that we could get our money back ($2195)after a year if they didnt get us out of the contract. I have contacted them multiple times via phone and email, trying to get our money back and they will not respond. We dont know any other way to get them to respond other than go through the Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

We want our money back

This client is cancelled from his timeshare, but did not receive a release letter from the resort because they stopped sending them to everyone, and only a select few receive one (we don't know why..afraid of lawsuits maybe?". The client requested a refund long after the 3 day right to cancel and receive a refund. It is written in the refund policy paragraph on the agreement he signed.

1. REFUND POLICY: Should HELPING TIMESHARE OWNERS fail to deliver the service agreed upon as designated in Section 1, Client will be entitled to a 100% refund. Additionally, Client has 3
