This company called us with a service promotion and we bought a complete clean out of our system with them for $After they did the clean out which included washing the blower, in less that days my AC went up to degrees in the houseCalled them a few times because they did not call us back only to find that they do not service my area and the promotion should not have been sold to my areaNeedless to say I was out off AC for the Memorial Day weekend, we had to purchase a new blower which cost a lot of $ We think the blower stopped working because they washed it and it was seized, also when we replace the blower they did not put back in the UV lights and the UV light is up in the garage, so if we did not go up in the garage, we would have been screwed again by this companyI wrote the owners and have yet a get a responseI asked the technician to leave the blower so my husband can see it, and was told they have to take it back to the office because they have to dispose of it properlyI called another AC company and there was no reason why the Technician needed to take the blower back to the officeI want my money back for the BlowerThe customer service horrible and I will not recommend them, nor will I do business with them again once my service plan is up with themI also sent two emails to the owners and have yet to get a response from them or anyone else in the company

Up selling On Feb 18th, I contacted Action Cooling and Heating to schedule an AC check for my 12-year-old AC systemWe had just purchased the house in December and were wanting to get an honest appraisal of the condition of the unitBeing new to the area and not really knowing anyone to ask, we called Action because they had sent us a flyer in the mail that advertised a complete AC checkup for dollars Dave and Scott arrived at my house and started doing their assessment of my systemThey told me that I was low on Freon and also told me that my coil had a leak in itThey told me that they could charge up the system with Freon and that would cost dollars, which I thought was a little odd because in the past when I've had to get a Freon charge I was always charged by the weight of Freon actually used I also found it odd that neither of them seemed to be paying a lot of attention to how much gas was going into the unitI had a friend that I used to help do AC work
