On Feb 18th, I contacted Action Cooling and Heating to schedule an AC check for my 12-year-old AC systemWe had just purchased the house in December and were wanting to get an honest appraisal of the condition of the unitBeing new to the area and not really knowing anyone to ask, we called Action because they had sent us a flyer in the mail that advertised a complete AC checkup for dollars
Dave and Scott arrived at my house and started doing their assessment of my systemThey told me that I was low on Freon and also told me that my coil had a leak in itThey told me that they could charge up the system with Freon and that would cost dollars, which I thought was a little odd because in the past when I've had to get a Freon charge I was always charged by the weight of Freon actually used
I also found it odd that neither of them seemed to be paying a lot of attention to how much gas was going into the unitI had a friend that I used to help do AC work

A/C Company left home unlocked for days and a mess inside Management did not work with me, extremely offensive and disrespectful

Action A/C came out when my A/C died the night before a trip They were told to come out the next morning and get the key from the property manager The technician came out, got the key and was told by the property manager to return the key to him after he was done

I returned from my trip days later to a complete mess First, the key to my apartment was left (detached from the key ring) under my door mat Then, when I entered inside, I immediately noticed dirt and debris tracked through my entire house Upon going in further, there were screws, bolts and Styrofoam debris all over my laundry room (where the AC is) The back sliding glass door was left unlocked and OPEN The screened lanai door was also left swung wide OPEN So for four days, my home was left unlocked, OPEN and in danger I also noticed upon opening

Amit came by for a clean and check service todayHe was on time and very thoroughHe explained everything in detail and was very respectfulHappy with action and Amit!

Over charged, replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced this is called up charge
WOuld not do business with is company

So I like the way Amit fixed my ac its been blowing me away with nothing but the most refeashing feeling everSo thanks to him I can finally cool off
