Max was courteous, prompt and professional. He spent a significant amount of time taking apart our boiler and ensuring the manifold and all related parts were thoroughly cleaned and properly reassembled and replacing the high temp limit switch. Our furnace was in terrible shape with a significant layer of soot build up. Max was meticulous in his cleaning and we were very pleased with the results.

Brett completed his service call in a professional and timely manner. He was courteous and provided suggestions as to the proper care and servicing of the equipment that was the subject of his service call. He also provided a contact to analyze anticipated improvements to the existing system.

Max repaired our aging but still-serviceable/quite strange Lennox Pulse furnace without hesitation, complaint or panic. He knew exactly what he was doing and seemed to enjoy working on such a novel old robot.
