Senior Tech Clint M. arrived within the window given of 9-10 am. He called first to let us know when he would be here. Did an excellent job of cleaning and servicing our furnace. All tasks completed in a timely manner and work area was tidy. No pushy sales, just recommendations. I have used Home Heating for years for the care of our old furnace. I would recommend Clint M. and Home Heating to anyone, they are reliable and trustworthy.

Home Heating is one the best Furnace Repair companies in Colorado Springs. Their rates and prices are fair and the Technician s are knowledgeable. Max showed me and explained the problem in detail. I'll continue to use them as long as I'm a resident in Colorado Springs . I recommend a pay increase for Max. He's a good guy.

Scott B has always been a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. He came out on short notice for an error code I'd not seen before on my high efficiency furnace. He soon found the issue and was able to promptly repair it.

Carlos did an outstanding job of explaining the problem with our furnace and thoroughly checking and rechecking everything before recommending that we need to think about replacing our present furnace. Brett and Joe were professional and worked around the fact that we also had painters in the house. Our furnace was not working 100% when the thermostat called for it. They came in and did a "Furnace Cleaning, Safety Check & Performance Tune Up". All is now working properly.

I found my heater pilot had gone out. I got it lit, but I had not set it back to "ON". Mike from Home Heating Service, got it back on and I thought I had just paid a fee for being stupid. Luckily Mike stayed and did a few checks. The pilot went out because there was a crack in the heat box. It was leaking CO into my vents.
He could have just called it good and left when he found out I didn't turn it on, but he stayed and kept my family safe.

Home Heating Service Inc. A class act.

After a mixup on appointment they still got me in on day scheduled. Max serviced my fireplace and was last appointment of day but was as professional as I was his first.

He answered all my questions, and got to root of problem quickly and replaced the part causing issue. He performed the safety and cleaning which I had not done since moving in and recommended some ancillary stuff to purchase to make fire be better. I moved from a condo and had no idea on what needed.

Overall the service in home to service and follow up on phone with Kristen and Jasmine made this easy.

They also do furnaces too which I did not know.

Both of the Senior Serviceman did an excellent job. They were both were very courteous and polite. I have been using Home Heating Service Inc for several years and they always send a great crew.

Moved into the area recently, using Home Hearting Service for the first time. Clint was my technician today, very polite and handled himself professionally. He did the maintenance on my furnace and explained everything he was doing. There were a couple of items to replace, which had to be ordered and he did it while he was here and even had my next appointment to have it fixed. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Clint.

Jared did a great job for us. He cleaned the air ducts and then serviced both furnaces. He was on time, friendly and helpful.
