Home heating service has always come through for me, even in the dead of winter when our heater went out. They brought space heaters to my house to help my family and I warm through the night until they could come back in the morning to install a new heater. Great people all of them.

Our gas fireplace hasn't run properly for several years and on the recommendation of a friend we called Home Heating Service for help. The office staff was great when I called and inquired about an appointment. Next business day service was a welcome surprise. Scott was professional and thorough in his service of our gas fireplace. I don't think it operated this well when it was new!

My dryer hose had become disconnected from the external outlet. Scott had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the laundry room to locate the hose and reconnect it. He managed to do that with a minimal hole, and now the dryer exhaust is working fine. He is very professional and efficient, and his service is consistent with what I expect from Home Heating Service over the years they have been taking care of our furnace, air conditioning and water heater.

I have used Home Heating for all my heating and A/C needs for 5 years now. They are excellent! Especially Scott B.. He just finished fixing my fireplace and as usual, Scott B. did and excellent job. Scott is very knowledgeable and proficient at all areas of heating and air conditioning. I will only use Home Heating when I need heating and A/C issues.

Had problems with furnace staying on to provide heat. This was a day or two after having air ducts cleaned out. Service tech was pleasant and efficient; diagnosed the problem of the furnace not receiving enough air. Although he identified the probable cause as the filter too dirty to allow air flow he went on to check other possible sources. Even though I religiously change the filter every month, it seems that the air duct cleaner cleaned the ducts but in doing so knocked down enough dirt & dust to clog the filter and didn't check it on the way out the door. And since I recently had the furnace serviced by Home Heating Service they didn't charge me anything for the visit. Have had this company servicing my furnace, a/c, water heater & fireplace ever since we moved here in 2007 and always proficient, polite and excellent work.

Great customer service from the first phone call to final service! Scott was terrific explaining the problem with our furnace, explaining the functions of various parts and thoroughly checking everything. I appreciated the "heads-up" call to let us know when he was on his way. I will call Home Heating again for any future furnace service.

Max was extremely professional and helpful. He explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and other issues that could come up because of the original problem. He was friendly and fast and I keep his card in hand at all times now. He is definitely my go to for fantastic service and to know it was done correctly. Thank you!

I was without heat on a Monday. Called to schedule a service appointment for the next day. Hoping it would just be a quick repair. NO LUCK there!!! Needed a new furnace. Had my service call, financing and install all on the same day. Thank you for being so prompt. I only had to go less than 24 hours with no heat. Even offered to drop off space heaters, if they were unable to get it finished on the same day. Such a nice offer and thoughtful customer service.

On time and did a fast and good job.

Carlos was early and most professional. He did his checks with the furnace and hot water heater, then performed them again for me to see and explained each step along the way. After not finding any reason for the gas smell within the house, he got his ladder and checked the vent/pipe on the roof. Aha! the problem solved. We will be having Carlos install a new pipe and cap. Excellent service. Thanks so much, Carlos.

Dana *. was great! He serviced our humidifier and found that the solenoid valve wasn't working properly. He was able to clean it instead of trying to sell me a new one! Refreshing! Will be using Home Heating for my HVAC and Humidifier issues in the future.

Home Heating replaced our 39 year old hot water boiler. Their response was timely and we experienced minimal down time [no heat] during the installation process. Marcus who led the installation was competent, cooperative and at all times on top of the job. The installation was completed in one day with finishing adjustments supplied by Fred and Max within a few additional days. Home Heating have completed three installations on our behalf. Their advice [Jared] is sound and their judgments regarding solutions and equipment can be relied upon. We will continue to do business as the needs arise
