Both Jasmine and Marcus were very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Jasmine was very
professional and polite over the phone. Marcus came to the house. He was able to identify the problem and recommended several options. I have been using Home Heating since 2006. The company has some of the best employees in Colorado Springs area.

Service tech was polite, courteous, & very knowledgeable about the furnace, meticulously cleaned & serviced it all & explained to me why's & wherefore of each item when I ask questions.

Clint was my technician today - prompt, professional, and efficient. I have used Home Heating Service since 2012 for the annual maintenance on the heater and humidifier. They always go above and beyond, and the technicians have always been professional and knowledgeable.

Fred replaced a valve in our gas fireplace. Not only did he do a good job of that, but he took the time to rearrange the logs to maximize their appearance with the fire. This is the second time we have had Fred perform service for us. He is a pleasure to work with.

Scott has been checking my furnace and air conditioner for years. He is on time, polite, tidy, and knows his HVAC business very well. I always ask for him every 6 months.

Carlos *** was able to correctly isolate the furnace issue which was on the power switch box for the furnace. He was very thorough to examine everything including the faulty power switch box that was on the wall.

We are very happy with our tech, he was polite, punctual, knowledgeable and wore shoe covers to protect our carpets! We have used this company for the last 8yrs, and will continue to call them for anything we need.
