Home Zone stands firm on this issue with the [redacted] family We will not be replacing her living room set per company policy

Mr [redacted] 's sofa is now in our repair department and being repaired We will contact Mr [redacted] as soon as his sofa has made it back to the Wichita Falls location

I have reviewed the terms of the warranty and their is a clause for a military exception which states that if the member has a permanent change of station they may keep the protection plan I am active duty military currently stationed in Ohio and was on active duty when I purchased the furniture in Texas I would like to continue with my request for either a refund of my purchase or repair of the item

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I no longer trust in the integrity of this company, its employees, or its products Starting with the sales staff that convinced me this was a durable and quality product The customer service reps have been rude, condescending, and downright untrustworthy They offered to replace a small portion of the leather, then came back and denied the claim entirely, then returned a 3rd time saying they wanted to dye the productThis is completely unacceptable The leather is defective and is not something that can be repaired or dyed Also, I have serious doubts that if the company took possession of the furniture, that I would never see it or the money I paid for it again The only remedy that will be acceptable is a complete refund Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, We have received this claim and have the following reply:The guest purchased the basic warranty that does not include pick up service We now offer a Platinum warranty for an additional $that can be added to the basic warranty The Platinum would include pick up and return service This guest is welcome to purchase this now.The basic warranty requires all guest to bring their product to a Home Zone location of their choosing and also requires them to pick up the product once repair is complete.The warranty policy she purchased has not changed All details are documented in the warranty paperwork the guest was given at the time of sale.At this time, we encourage the guest to decide if they would want to find the means of dropping their product off or purchasing the Platinum warranty for pick up service.We are requesting that the Revdex.com close this complaint

All items delivered to this customer were brand new The accusation that Home Zone Furniture put a used sofa into a new box is false Home Zone Furniture is requesting that this complaint be closed

Home Zone Furniture is in receipt of this claim We can assure this guest that his furniture was brand new We would like of offer the guest replacement cushions if he is not satisfied with the brand new cushions on his couch and love seat The regional manager also offer the guest a reselect of a different couch and love seat All sales are final so a reselect or new cushions are the only options available At this time, the guest has refused both options

I do not accept this responseMy surgery was colon resection and not anything that would affect this sofa This is not acceptableEvery store should be able to take back unused furnitureOne afternoon on a sofa after coming home should not be deemed as used furnitureI will only accept their taking the furniture backThe furniture has been in my garage since the first day and I want it picked up with a full refund

That I had to buy to replace my warrantied matress that I had originally purchased at full price

Only after I send another email and said I was going to call my attorneyIt was then I received money

Home Zone regrets that Mrs [redacted] is having health issues We believe that her furniture is not the reason We can not take back furniture and refund her, this is against company policy We also can not take back furniture into our possession that may be contaminated from the customer's health issues Our apologies that we could not come to a resolution with this customer

Complaint: ***the pictures I sent yall the last time did the couch look new to yall it wasnot and broke within weeks of having it and I am still sending payments to them for something I donot have I have never had a problem like this before I have very good credit I pay my bills

Dear Revdex.com, Home Zone Furniture offers our customers a great product with a great warranty. In the above case, we have a procedure in place that requires Home Zone Furniture to offer replacement parts to the customer in the event that a piece breaks or malfunctions. We have a parts depart at our distribution center so we can offer a quick turn around for our customers.The drawers in question were ordered for Mr*** and shipped to the Mesquite location for him to pick up. Mr*** instead decided to drop his entire bedroom collection off at the Home Zone Furniture location with out any warning or need to. We advised him that we can not be responsible for items left in the back of the building and that his replacement drawers were in and ready to pick up.Attached please find the standard back of the invoice that all guest receive. All sales are final sales as well as warranty information are stated on this form.We are requesting that this complaint be closed out as Home Zone Furniture has followed all procedures and policies stated to customer

Physical damage to the fabric is not covered by the manufactures warranty Please refer to the Home Zone Furniture warranty plan
