All items delivered to this customer were brand new.  The accusation that Home Zone Furniture put a used sofa into a new box is false.  Home Zone Furniture is requesting that this complaint be closed.

I do not accept this response. My surgery was colon resection and not anything that would affect this sofa.  This is not acceptable. Every store should be able to take back unused furniture. One afternoon on a sofa after coming home should not be deemed as used furniture. I will only accept their taking the furniture back. The furniture has been in my garage since the first day and I want it picked up with a full refund.

return service.  This guest is welcome to purchase this now.The basic warranty requires all guest to bring their product to a Home Zone location of their choosing and also requires them to pick up the product once repair is complete.The warranty policy she purchased has not changed.  All details are documented in the warranty paperwork the guest was given at the time of sale.At this time, we encourage the guest to decide if they would want to find the means of dropping their product off or purchasing the Platinum warranty for pick up service.We are requesting that the Revdex.com close this complaint.

Home Zone Furniture has received this complaint.  The guest may bring his furniture to his local Home Zone Furniture for repair of the staple issue.  If Mr. [redacted] can not bring his item to the local store for repair, he may purchase a pick up and drop off of this furniture for $99....

 We apologize for the inconvenience.  Mr. [redacted]'s items were approve for repair under the approval #[redacted] for LSF sofa #[redacted] for RAF cuddler.  We will wait for Mr. [redacted] to drop his items off at the local Denton location or to come in and pay for a delivery/pick up service.

Nothing but lies.After 5 weeks they emailed me and said my furniture was ready. I called the store and they said one sofas and the...

loveseat was ready. The other sofa was not ready. They said they would deliver the furniture to me, but since the other sofa is not ready , I would have to pickup the sofa and loveseat up myself. Sick and tired of the run around. I don't want the furniture, because in two to three years it will be worse than it is now . It's just cheap made furniture at a high price. I already fixed the wood in one of the backs. The pull cords keep breaking.(made out of plastic)I don't have any kids or pets jumping on the furniture. So keep the furniture and give me a full refund .

I am rejecting this response because:I no longer trust in the integrity of this company, its employees, or its products.  Starting with the sales staff that convinced me this was a durable and quality product.  The customer service reps have been rude, condescending, and downright untrustworthy.  They offered to replace a small portion of the leather, then came back and denied the claim entirely, then returned a 3rd time saying they wanted to dye the product. This is completely unacceptable.  The leather is defective and is not something that can be repaired or dyed.  Also, I have serious doubts that if the company took possession of the furniture, that I would never see it or the money I paid for it again.  The only remedy that will be acceptable is a complete refund.

what parts you talking about? you have the bed . I return to the store cause was a piece  of trash, I told you guys it was unacceptable. to my knowledge you got the merchandise. I want my money back . and please stop laying be more honest, I dont know how  people like you stay  in business

This person (###-###-####) had contacted me Friday in regards to this complaint, said to give her 24 hours to respond back to me and it has been 72 hours still have not heard from her, still have not resolved this complaint I was asking for my money back 279.82 that I spend on the "upgraded matress." That I had to buy to replace my warrantied matress that I had originally purchased at full price.

Only after I send another email and said I was going to call my attorney. It was then I received money.
