Couch was used as u can see in pictures the loveseat was new thay put a used couch in the box we brout it home in the box did not knw it was used till part of the couch broke I have a bed that im keeping and homezone has had the couch and loveseat im paying for something I do not have I want my money refunded on the furniture it was trash

Nobody has contacted me or resolved my issue regarding my complaintHome Zone Furniture Store has not contacted me or solved my leather chair stain

Home Zone Furniture is in receipt of this complaint. We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred at the time of the sale. At this time, the guest has decided to keep the $adjustable base. This guest was presented the opportunity to return and refund the item or
pay for the upgraded adjustable base. These options are fair and break our all sales final policy. We are requesting that this claim will be closed

Homezone never tried to help resolve this, they never contacted me at allWhen I contacted them the first time, when all of this started they told me and my wife that they would not do anything about it, due to the fact the mattress that the salesman sold us was not damagedAlthough it is so hard that we can not even sleep on it? There response was yes! We are not going to do anything for you no refund, no exchange, nothingThe original mattress that I had warranted was cratered after years of sleeping on it, and it was still softer than the one Homezone replaced it withThe salesman said this was the upgraded model, which was on the floor, the "sales model," on the floor, was softer than the model they sold usIt has the same tag and model number on it that the floor model has, but there is no way that this is the same mattress we tried outWe called Homezone for an explanationThey said it takes a few months to break it in, so we plugged on, and months later still as hard as a brickNow Homezone does not want to do anything about itI just wanted an exchange towards another mattress brand, Homezone said "NO," now I just want the money back that we spent on the "Brick Mattress," so as to help me and my wife pay for the new mattress from a different store, "one in California," that we spent our hard earned money on, -oh that sleeps so very nice and comfortable- kind of like the mattress did that we exchanged in for warranty seven months ago with the craters in itThank you

This issue has been resolved

Our offer still stands to ship the mattress back to the manufacturer for inspection and necessary repairs

this is all I got back just papers, they are a bunch of thieves, I dont know how the government let this people take advantage of customers, and is nothing we can do recuperate our loss , is a shame their response is unacceptablei never got nothing back, they got my money and the bed, again I want my refund please

rejecting this response because: I never received the correct slats for my bedplus I'm having issues with my table and was told it was not under warrantySaid it was cause by water damageBut if water can get under the tabletop then it's not built probably

When I purchased these couches I was told by the salesperson that any damage (rips, material wear and tear,) and I specifically asked about pets and the sales person
went into more detail about this warrenty covering thisSo this is the main reason I bought the couch off the floor instead of a brand new couchBecause he assured me that this couch was covered from material to machanics
