Revdex.com: Although I believe this table is defective by nature of the product, we did return it and no charges were made to us for the product
So I have no other option but to accept the response given by the company.

Home Zone Furniture is in receipt of this complaint. Home Zone Service department is working with this guest per the company policy. We have approved the repair of the damaged area and would require the item to go to our repair center. We are requesting that this complaint be
closed due to the fact that all policies are being followed and a solution has been offered to the guest

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11295668, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute The business hasn't resolved my claim! They refuse to send a tech out...continuing
to give me some BS about it has to come to their warehouse They have no intention of repairing my furniture...they're just trying to get additional money from me You can close the complaint but I would like to post information regarding the company on your website Thanks for your assistance

We are in receipt of this complaint to our office The location of purchase has closed. If Ms*** purchased the extended warranty, Home Zone Furniture will refund that warranty. If a extended warranty was not purchased, Ms*** can take her product to the closest Home

Home Zone Furniture is in receipt of this claim. The damage on the table is not covered by our warranty. We have determined this by photos supplied by the guest. The Home Zone Furniture warranty does not cover damage done by the consumer to the top of the table. The warranty
does cover any manufacturer defects. We request that this claim is closed out based on the warranty guidelines

Mr. [redacted]'s sofa is now in our repair department and being repaired.  We will contact Mr. [redacted] as soon as his sofa has made it back to the Wichita Falls location.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have the ability to to return furniture from out of state. It would require two days off of work minimum and an expensive truck rental, hotels, etc. Cushions do not resolve the issue of wear on other areas of furniture which should not be exhibiting the wear they are. This furniture is not of the quality advertised or of similarly priced furniture.

Warranty complaint with Homezone has not been settled....

 Emails stated furniture would be replaced then last email received from Homezone said they would not honor the Warranty. I do plan to take action against Homezone at small claims court.  If not resolved. [redacted]

I have reviewed the terms of the warranty and their is a clause for a military exception which states that if the member has a permanent change of station they may keep the protection plan.  I am active duty military currently stationed in Ohio and was on active duty when I purchased the furniture in Texas.  I would like to continue with my request for either a refund of my purchase or repair of the item.

Home Zone stands firm on this issue with the [redacted] family.  We will not be replacing her living room set per company policy.

Home Zone Furniture is in receipt of this complaint.  We will reach out to the manufacturer of the item to greater understand the delay.  We will follow up with this guest.

I have not received my refund of 259.37 and have not been contacted by Home Zone. I have documents showing their commitment to give me a full refund.

Home Zone regrets that Mrs. [redacted] is having health issues.  We believe that her furniture is not the reason.  We can not take back furniture and refund her, this is against company policy.  We also can not take back furniture into our possession that may be contaminated from the...

customer's health issues.   Our apologies that we could not come to a resolution with this customer.

Home Zone Furniture believes this guest has reached out to the wrong company.  We do not manufacture trash cans of any kind.  Home Zone Furniture is requesting the customer is made aware of this and that this complaint will be closed as the wrong company was reached.
