First off I truly appreciated the whole process, the manufacturer was shown to me and explained to me the whole processThey made sure that I understood the materials that would be going into my home I think that Homestar has taken some of the primary assets of other window makers and combined them to make a singular superior productThe installation went very smoothly The installers were on top of everything, worked as a great team and understood what they were doing ***, and his team were so uninstructive and got the job done in day, which I never would have expected Anything they moved they put back where they found it; and made sure they cleaned up after themselves They walked me through locking the windows and unlocking

There is nothing bad I can say about the job that HomeStar Remodeling did The installers came out on a Saturday and were here by AM to start the workThey were gone and done everything by 12: They did everything in their power to stay out of my way during the day and cleaned up after themselves They actually informed me of some rotten wood I have on my upstairs deck, so that it would not continue to rot without me knowingThey were great with explaining everything they were doing and let me asked any and all the questions I had, without seeming annoyed I have already started to recommending them to friends and family

Everything was fast and goodBrian was great at explaining the process and making sure that we understood what we were gettingThe installers were professional and fastThey had our roof done in to hours, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves At one point I did have a concern and talked to one of the workers and they called the project manager and took care of the issues I was having I would recommend Homestar to friends and family

HomeStar Remodeling did a very good job on our new roof The marketer who came out to do our estimate made sure we understood the products and answered any question that we had, small or large He did not rush through the estimate and always double checked to make sure we were all on the same page The installation was done in a timely manor and the clean up was incredibleThey left our yard cleaner than when they started I would recommend HomeStar Remodeling to friends and family looking to get there roof done!

I've had a few problems with my old roof lately, shingles falling off in high winds and even some leaks I called HomeStar and they installed my new roof yesterday It looks great and some of the neighbors have already stopped by to compliment me I have a large house and they estimated two days for installation but, the work crew, lead by Andy, completed it in just one day I was very impressed Now I feel comfortable and safe starting my next project, solar panels Wish me luck

We are in active communication about the storm doorWe agree that it needs to be fixed and we are willingWe have left several messages; we called the week prior to the complaint, the day before and even the day of the complaint to try and resolve this and make
the job completeWe are very curious as to why you requested the help of the Revdex.com rather than return these calls and propose a solutionWe do everything with no money down and do not collect until you are happy Also, we were contracted to replace the Front Door, not the storm doorHome Depot delivered the storm doorWhen the installer arrived he was made to believe it was part of the agreement. However, in reality we would have used a very different storm door that goes with the Front Door we installedIn addition the handle you purchased separately was not meant for that storm door you also purchasedThe Front Door we were contracted to do turned out greatThe issues listed are all from the storm door and its installation, which was not on the contract and does not come from the company We are going out, as scheduled, the day after we received the complaint to try to fix the storm doorSince our installer did attempt to install it we do not think its ethical for us to just leave it, even though it wasn’t supposed to be installedThe storm door may not be returnable because of the damage done to the storm door trying to make the handle fit. We are willing to compensate you, the customer, if this ends up being the case Our goal is to make you completely happy, please just communicate with us and make an honest effort to resolve the issue before going to the Revdex.com

everything went very wellthe installers kept working and did not stop, they were very goodthey were constantly cleaning up as they were workingyou could tell they were working as a team, they all knew what they were doing and were affective and efficientthe install started a little after and they were done by about 5, when they left it didn't even look like they were here they got most of the nails up, they left the driveway cleaner they it started

Anton, one of the owners, did an inspection of the roof and confirmed what we already believed to be true - that we could need a new roof within years but that it wasn't urgent We opted to have the work done and not wait We were very impressed with his presentation He was very knowledgable and professional and gave me his cell phone number in case I had questions He respectfully answered all of my questions and was easy to reach
The project manager, Rodolfo, supervised the installationThe job was done quickly and efficientlyThey used all of the best GAF materials which have a year warranty They also fully guaranteed their labor (not pro-rated!) No deposit was requiredPrice was very reasonable
Any concerns that I had were fully and quickly addressed Because my driveway was too narrow to accommodate their truck and the portable dumpster, they had to drive over the lawn Because it had been raining, the ground was soft and they left ruts in the lawn When the job was finished, Rodolfo came back to repair it!
The roof and skylights look great We are delighted with the work and with all of the personalities of the people in this company They are really great to work with!
