Everything was fast and good. Brian was great at explaining the process and making sure that we understood what we were getting. The installers were professional and fast. They had our roof done in 5 to 6 hours, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. At one point I did have a concern and talked to one of the workers and they called the project manager and took care of the issues I was having. I would recommend Homestar to friends and family.

The communication with HomeStar was great! . We have already noticed a difference with the heat that comes through the windows and cannot wait to see how well they work in the winter. The company made sure that we had regular contact and were aware about where our project was within the process. When an opening came up earlier than the original install date, they gave us a call right away to see if we could do that date. Once the install was scheduled and started the timing was extremely fast, it only took about 5 hours!! We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the company. We have dealt with companies who have not had great communication with us and we greatly appreciated that.

Very positive experience. Initial consultation was low pressure and they did not try to upsell. We had all our gutters replaced at a competitive price and within a short time frame. The workers showed up on time, were courteous, efficient, cleaned up before leaving, and walked the job with me to answer any questions. I had a follow up walk around a couple of weeks after that to ensure I was satisfied, which I was!

OVERALL A GOOD JOB...HAD SEVERAL CONCERNS BUT THEY WERE ADDRESSED THE PRODUCT AND FINAL JOB APPEARS VERY NICE.. STAFF WAS POLITE AND ATTENTIVE.

We were very happy with our entire experience with HomeStar Remodeling. Andrew was great to sit down with and reviewed the process with us. Mandy in the office and the installation crew were also a pleasure to work with. Everyone was kind and professional. The installation crew was on time and made sure no mess was left behind.

HomeStar Remodeling did a very good job on our new roof. The marketer who came out to do our estimate made sure we understood the products and answered any question that we had, small or large. He did not rush through the estimate and always double checked to make sure we were all on the same page. The installation was done in a timely manor and the clean up was incredible. They left our yard cleaner than when they started. I would recommend HomeStar Remodeling to friends and family looking to get there roof done!

Everyone we met and dealt with at Homestar, regarding the replacement of the roof on our house and adjacent garage, was personable, honest and professional. There was no pressure on us to make our decision to go forward and we were offered many options to choose from. Once we agreed on the color of the shingles and the price options of installation, everything went very smoothly and the job was completed in one day as promised. The team included: Nate, Brandon, Justin, Mandee, Andy and his three-man crew. We are very satisfied with the our entire experience doing business with Homestar and encourage others to do likewise.

Homestar was very prompt and made sure that I was aware of where the project was. They made sure to go over the fine details of my project and did everything to make sure those were done. The installation crew was on time and got the job done quicker than I could have expected. The price might be a little higher than some but the work they do and the products used are well worth the investment. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a new roof on their home.

My experience has been great! [redacted], my salesman, was amazing and explained all the products extremely well! As a construction worker myself, I found it very professional how fast and timely the install was. The install only took 1 day and the materials they use are great. The only complaint I have is I was under the impression I would be getting a ridge vent and I did not. I was originally told that was done on every job but my job did not get that. When I brought this up I was told that the ridge vent wasn't needed for a house my size, which I am completely understand. Over all HomeStar did a good job and are a 5 star company.

There is nothing bad I can say about the job that HomeStar Remodeling did. The installers came out on a Saturday and were here by 8 AM to start the work. They were gone and done everything by 12:30. They did everything in their power to stay out of my way during the day and cleaned up after themselves. They actually informed me of some rotten wood I have on my upstairs deck, so that it would not continue to rot without me knowing. They were great with explaining everything they were doing and let me asked any and all the questions I had, without seeming annoyed. I have already started to recommending them to friends and family.

We didn't got what we expected at the beginning but the Customer Service was exceptional and they made it work at the end. Everything is very beautiful and neat.

The installers were very nice. We loved how the guys cleaned up afterwards, they used a vacuum to clean the floor in the home and a hose to clean off our deck. The installation went extremely fast, they arrived at about 9 and were done by 12:30. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with HomStar Remodeling.

Very fair pricing and no hassle estimate situation. Initially were pricing windows but we were persuaded into upgrading our old, energy-inefficient glass sliding door (which frustratingly opened left to right). The installation was completed in one day. The contractors were polite and arrived on-time and didn't make a mess. The end result was exactly as described. Throughout, HomeStar assured us that no payment was due until we were 100% satisfied. Being first time homeowners, that was a nice reassurance for us. Highly recommended!

The one thing that is really great, was that they kept us well informed throughout the whole process, even with the difficulties that happened.
