I am very happy with the windows, they look great! The installation went great. They even came out the next day to make sure that we were 100% happy and to fix the few issues that we had.

Excellent company to work with. I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home. They made sure we were happy. They will fix or correct anything you aren't pleased with. I highly recommend them.

HomeStar Remodeling did a very good job on our new roof. The marketer who came out to do our estimate made sure we understood the products and answered any question that we had, small or large. He did not rush through the estimate and always double checked to make sure we were all on the same page. The installation was done in a timely manor and the clean up was incredible. They left our yard cleaner than when they started. I would recommend HomeStar Remodeling to friends and family looking to get there roof done!

We were very happy with our entire experience with HomeStar Remodeling. Andrew was great to sit down with and reviewed the process with us. Mandy in the office and the installation crew were also a pleasure to work with. Everyone was kind and professional. The installation crew was on time and made sure no mess was left behind.

We got a new sliding glass door from HomeStar and the process was very good. The installation was very fast, it only took about 2 hours! The crew cleaned up everything and left our patio and down stairs spotless. The speed and good communication both stood out to us. We got estimates from other companies who said they would order the product and it would take about 2-3 months to come in, HomeStar ordered the product quickly and it only took a few weeks for it to come in. We would highly recommend them!

We had a good overall experience with our window installation. The only issue we had was scheduling the installation, which we had to reschedule due to a family matter. The day of installation went very well, and the crew had to build up for the middle window to fit. The screens fit our windows but they were difficult to get out; HomeStar is reordering the screens so my wife can get them out easier. We would recommend HomeStar Remodeling to people looking for new windows.

I cannot express enough how great my experience with HomeStar was. The instillation crew, [redacted] and his crew, went above and beyond to make sure they did not affect the day to day life in our home. As they went threw each room they double checked to make sure that everything was correctly. They also put my blinds back up so that I wouldn't have to. The efficiency of the company was a pleasant surprise, and the installation only took day. I am considering doing the downstairs windows and will definitely be calling HomeStar. Overall our experience was very good. The only installers were a little late, but they did work extremely hard to get the job done within one day. The installers made sure I understood what was going on throughout the installation. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family; in fact we will be getting the rest of our windows done, as well as our roof.

I found the associates from Homestar who initially came out to speak with me about the windows to be very knowledgeable and polite. They did not try to hard sell me to replace windows that do not have broken seals which I appreciated.

The install was good, they did mostly everything that was promised; we were under the impression we would be getting new trim but since it wasn't rotten we did not. The installation went quickly and the clean up was good. There was no broken glass, and they made sure to vacuum all of the carpets. The few mistakes I did catch before the installers left, were fixed right away with no problem.

The installation was much quicker than we had expected. The installation crew was timely, clean, and stayed out of the way of our normal home life as much as they could. My experience with Homestar remodeling was a great experience. From the moment they knocked on our door we they were helpful and explained the entire process. Also, the company is very sensitive to seniors, and did everything in there power to give us a great experience.

Everything was fast and good. Brian was great at explaining the process and making sure that we understood what we were getting. The installers were professional and fast. They had our roof done in 5 to 6 hours, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. At one point I did have a concern and talked to one of the workers and they called the project manager and took care of the issues I was having. I would recommend Homestar to friends and family.

OVERALL A GOOD JOB...HAD SEVERAL CONCERNS BUT THEY WERE ADDRESSED THE PRODUCT AND FINAL JOB APPEARS VERY NICE.. STAFF WAS POLITE AND ATTENTIVE.

My experience with customer service was great. I was hesitant with the rep that came to the door but he was very professional. From beginning to end everyone stayed in contact with me throughout the project and kept me updated on the status which I appreciated.

everything went very well. the installers kept working and did not stop, they were very good. they were constantly cleaning up as they were working. you could tell they were working as a team, they all knew what they were doing and were affective and efficient. the install started a little after 7 and they were done by about 5, when they left it didn't even look like they were here. they got most of the nails up, they left the driveway cleaner they it started.

First off I truly appreciated the whole process, the manufacturer was shown to me and explained to me the whole process. They made sure that I understood the materials that would be going into my home. I think that Homestar has taken some of the primary assets of other window makers and combined them to make a singular superior product. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were on top of everything, worked as a great team and understood what they were doing. Anything they moved they put back where they found it; and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through locking the windows and unlocking .
