I cannot express enough how great my experience with HomeStar was. The instillation crew, [redacted] and his crew, went above and beyond to make sure they did not affect the day to day life in our home. As they went threw each room they double checked to make sure that everything was correctly. They also put my blinds back up so that I wouldn't have to. The efficiency of the company was a pleasant surprise, and the installation only took day. I am considering doing the downstairs windows and will definitely be calling HomeStar. I would recommend HomeStar to anyone looking to get there windows done.

There is nothing bad I can say about the job that HomeStar Remodeling did. The installers came out on a Saturday and were here by 8 AM to start the work. They were gone and done everything by 12:30. They did everything in their power to stay out of my way during the day and cleaned up after themselves. They actually informed me of some rotten wood I have on my upstairs deck, so that it would not continue to rot without me knowing. They were great with explaining everything they were doing and let me asked any and all the questions I had, without seeming annoyed. I have already started to recommending them to friends and family.

My experience has been great! [redacted], my salesman, was amazing and explained all the products extremely well! As a construction worker myself, I found it very professional how fast and timely the install was. The install only took 1 day and the materials they use are great. The only complaint I have is I was under the impression I would be getting a ridge vent and I did not. I was originally told that was done on every job but my job did not get that. When I brought this up I was told that the ridge vent wasn't needed for a house my size, which I am completely understand. Over all HomeStar did a good job and are a 5 star company.

We recently had a roof replacement done by Homestar Remodeling. We opted for the 50-year GAF Roofing system without pressure, it was our choice. The sales presentation done in our home was done electronically on a tablet they brought with them. The information was detailed, concise, GAF Co. sourced and based. Comparable and competitive pricing for our size job from other local vendors we were considering was presented to us. The legwork was already done by them and it saved us a lot of valuable time. The job went well and there were no cost adding surprises. The management team was on site and interactive with the work crew to complete the job on schedule. We would do this again with them! To our surprise our home is quieter and feels cozier than before. There is a noticeably lower cost in our heating bills for this winter as well! We attribute that to the new shingle material and the GAF underlayment that was used as part of the installation, no tarpaper here! We have great peace of mind about our roof now and that value is hard to calculate into dollars. Please consider Homestar for any work you might be thinking about for your home, roof, windows, siding, etc.

We got a new sliding glass door from HomeStar and the process was very good. The installation was very fast, it only took about 2 hours! The crew cleaned up everything and left our patio and down stairs spotless. The speed and good communication both stood out to us. We got estimates from other companies who said they would order the product and it would take about 2-3 months to come in, HomeStar ordered the product quickly and it only took a few weeks for it to come in. We would highly recommend them!

My experience with Homestar remodeling was a great experience. From the moment they knocked on our door we they were helpful and explained the entire process. Also, the company is very sensitive to seniors, and did everything in there power to give us a great experience.

Overall our experience was very good. The only installers were a little late, but they did work extremely hard to get the job done within one day. The installers made sure I understood what was going on throughout the installation. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family; in fact we will be getting the rest of our windows done, as well as our roof.

If I could rate 4 1/2 that would be my rating. The guys you have to get are Steve and Ross. They are the A+ team. You can tell guys are great at what they do, when they can talk to you and you become more knowledgeable about something you don't know. The crew will replace wood trim that is rotten (Big Win, most will charge extra upon seeing that), they even painted the trim inside the house window with no extra charge after one of the representatives said they couldn't do it (BIG WIN, nobody else does this...very big, even though it seems small) Ross knows what he is talking about..... The only knock on them is the scheduling, it's not because of lack of organization, but I think because they are looking for more guys like Ross and Steve, they just fall behind because they do the job right. Justin and Mandee did a good job with calling and letting us know about not meeting the scheduled time, so I would not be waiting in the house not knowing what is going on... In addition, with a lifetime guarantee on the windows, that means a lot. Now going back nearly 2 months, when my wife and I initially accepted HomeStar's offer, we had two guys name Brandon (Owner) and Brian, they helped me move in items from my van after the 1 hour presentation. To me, that shows the willingness to go the extra mile. (Mind you, regardless if we made the decision or not to go with HomeStar, they would have helped.) Lastly, was HomeStar's way of looking you into your eyes to show fidelity and trustworthiness. You might think initially that HomeStar may not be the way to go, but I implore if you are going to get windows ask for Steve and Ross. That's a must. Nice job, HomeStar!

First off I truly appreciated the whole process, the manufacturer was shown to me and explained to me the whole process. They made sure that I understood the materials that would be going into my home. I think that Homestar has taken some of the primary assets of other window makers and combined them to make a singular superior product. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were on top of everything, worked as a great team and understood what they were doing. [redacted], and his team were so uninstructive and got the job done in 1 day, which I never would have expected. Anything they moved they put back where they found it; and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through locking the windows and unlocking .

The consumer called in and stated issue is resolved.

The price might be a little higher than some but the work they do and the products used are well worth the investment. The install was good, they did mostly everything that was promised; we were under the impression we would be getting new trim but since it wasn't rotten we did not. The installation went quickly and the clean up was good. There was no broken glass, and they made sure to vacuum all of the carpets. The few mistakes I did catch before the installers left, were fixed right away with no problem.
