(March 4, 2023) ZERO RATING david mossman you did a very poor job of inspecting this property, you missed so many items. We made a huge mistake calling housemaster serving central Iowa. You do not back up your "GUARANTEE" as you advertise. Will not recommend you to anyone "PERIOD" "DONE WRONG" david you are so U N E T H I C A L for putting my name on this site/going to contact my lawyer on Monday February 27, 2023/ -- Stop using my name! you do not have my permission to do this and STOP PUTTING THE TOWN STATE CENTER, IA with my name. Smarten up and act like a business and be a man about this(Grow UP)-your acting like a child!

Terrible, irresponsible and house buyer beware!
First time homebuyers BEWARE. Don't go in this direction.
I've bought a few places, and from an optics perspective, you think this is a great service.
However, in my case, the housemaster who was 'experienced' did not bring any devices to check the crawlspace. (fyi- if there's anything wrong with a crawlspace, you can be out from 7k-25k after you buy.).
Also there were termites in the attic, flying out of the attic to be exact and this housemaster failed to detect them. If I hadn't had to hire another inspector because this one failed to do the crawlspace inspection, I would not have known the latter and moved into a place with termites of all things. Do not run with this company. You are the client and this is costly in many ways; stress, time and simple irresponsibility.

The company should provide us with gas cards for tanks of gas; for the car not being full upon purchase, and another for the waste of gas driving to the dealership without the car being there on the first appointmentThe company should also provide us with full in and out details from Delta Sonic; for the car not being properly cleaned upon delivery, and the other for the no call no show situation we endured yesterday at the schedule time of pick up at 11amThe company should also provide us with a check for months of car payments due to the financial hardship they put us in with not properly handling the call to the old finance company and having multiple payments now come out on a vehicle we no longer ownThe company should also provide another item of compensation for the lack of customer service, harassment issue with the salesman, and additionally the company should cease and desist from all communication from any employee as the West Herr Used Car Outlet, specifically related to the GM Steve, car salesman Joe, and any of the multiple individuals that have privately texted her cell phone without proper authorization.?

In accordance to my terms, they have in fact re-imbursed me the entire amount, as well as claim (not in writing though) that they will find and install a new onstar / ? satellite unit when they get one...thank you for all your helpHuey on Deck!

Heat side of the heat pump didn't work. The shower arm in walk in shower was loose and leaked inside of the wall. The hot and cold faucets in the same bathroom leak out of the top but do not leak under the sink so I haven't fixed them yet. I would have thought they wold have caught some of that. We bought in April but didn't move in until October so I was told nothing they could do because it was over 6 months. Will never use them again and tell friends not to, also.

Mr [redacted] has been contacted? by the General Manager of our Used Car Outlet.? There was a misunderstanding regarding the financing availabhas been identified and corrected.? It was a nerve-wracking experience To put up that much money at once and expect them to sell our timeshare? We certainly had our doubts There were red flags; the price jumping from 5x to 7x our maintenance fee, all the misspellings on important documents (power of attorney, contracts, etc.), when they didn't contact us when we missed initialing an important contract, the time of timeshare relief going from months to almost a year...everything felt...off But we kept up with the person handling our account on a weekly basis, brought them any concerns we had and MOST IMPORTANTLY: GOING OVER EVERYTHING WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB! After months, we had called the company who owned our timeshare (TWICE, even...because we couldn't believe them the first time) to have them tell us we were no longer the owners of our timeshare WHATARELIEF! Freedom Choice Solutions LLCDID rid us of our timeshare, as promised, but it came at a price and more than a few sleepless nights

While I appreciate that West Herr took the initiative to repair/replace a leaking fuel pump and front struts and springs, id like to re-iterate the following:? ? Pursuant to NYS CRR 79.21, NYS VEHICLE INSPECTION.All suspension, Fuel Tank and leaks and Parking brake must be functional to operate the vehicle safely on NYS roads.? ? So for West Herr to repair items that should not have passed a legitimate NYS inspection should not even be consideredFurther, they flat out refused to even look at the 4xsystem, and said they would replace the ONSTAR/Satellite module but cannot obtain one as they are back ordered indefinetelySo theres another 500-dollars they should spend finding one one the used market.? My point from the beginning is I spent hundreds within days of purchasing the vehicle and was stonewalled at every attempt to obtain repairsI asked for compensation for the brake work that had to be done and was ignoredI was told the onstar worked but would not "activate" until I purchased it? Needless to say, it is defectiveThe 4xwill not engage, the Emergency brake is useless, No onstar, Spent hundreds out of pocket on brakes, another several hundred today on tires, The vehicle I purchased is a West Herr VALUE VEHICLE PROGRAM VEHICLE? IF WITHIN THE FIRST DAYS OR MILES I DECIDE I DONT LIKE IT, I CAN RETURN IT FOR ANOTHER VEHICLEPERIOD., they knew my intention was to either have THEM REPAIR THE VEHICLE or I FULLY INTENDED TO RETURN IT AND CHOOSE ANOTHER VEHICLEThey were either aware the vehicle contained significant mechanical issues and blew me off until I was stuck with the vehicle? Unfortunately I have a life, and a job and cannot devote every minute driving miles to a dealership to hunt down someone to listen to, and take care of my problemI still have not recieved compensation for the Brakes, ? and in all actuality had they not avoided me I would most certainly have returned this vehicle and chose something elseIt has only 70k miles on it but has a different issue almost dailyLet me re-iterate, had I known all these issues existed, and I was not avoided, had service appt cancelled and given the run around, I would NEVER have accepted this vehicle, but would have returned it to West Herr and picked out a different vehicleAs of now the first month of ownership has cost me days of work and into the thousands in repairs, lost time and tires, brakes, etcI accepted the vehicle with minor INTERIOR cosmetic issues, I had NO CLUE it was going to be a daily problemThe items being fixed were items that I was assured would be, and only a couple items have been fixed, The wheel drive system and front axle, transfer case will cost THOUSANDS to fixi assure you, Had I known this would be a issue, I would not have accepted the vehicleand looked for anotherRegards,? Like another, if possible they would not get a star - more like a poisonous warning sign Their cleaners couldn't find and clean a nook or cranny if it bit them!! I don't even know where to begin Since my husband work outside the home, only our dogs were home when the cleaners came Since Nook & Cranny is super expensive, we expected them to do a great job without having to direct their every task This was not the case They would, for example, clean glass shelves, but all objects on them were left untouched and dirty It got so bad that I had to leave signs on objects to call attention to their need to clean them, which they ignoredI was home sick in bed once, and got up to meet the crew and call their attention to the things they were neglecting to doI finally started leaving signs all over the house, which were mostly ignored I came home to tables not dusted, dresser tops uncleansed (spit on my finger wiped an area clean and shiny!), chunks of dirt on my desk, stains on flooring, and partially cleaned gecko caca all over, are just a few examplesWhen we sent [redacted] a letter telling her how unhappy we were, her reply was rude and ridiculous with untruths throughout It was very unprofessional, and placed all blame on us, the customer, while claiming her crew was great Our house was dark and the crew couldn't see the dirt The dogs, which she had been made aware of became a problem for her crew Her crew told her I spent time telling her they were fabulous, when I was actually telling them what they were skippingSince they got to skip my sick room, they had to work twice as long to make up for it! Her response to my not wanting her crew to leave gecko caca behind was to tell us to tent our house to get rid of the gecko's! Frankly, I would love to make her pay the cost of the cleaner I have to hire to do the job correctly! DO NOT hire Nook & Cranny because you will spend a lot of money for nothing but excuses and attitude

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Although all they replied to is accurate, I believe the unit IS faulty as a whole since they have had to return to service it times in a little over a month I am also in contact with American Standard to get their position on this complaint When the unit is working properly for more than a couple weeks, I will make arrangements for the bill to be paid This has just not frustrating during the coldest winter in decades, it totally has STRESSED me out and prompted medical attention to myself and other members of my family! No one that knows about this situation would react differently as many of my friends & neighbors have expressed outrage also

To whom it concerns, If you have five employees available, there is no excuse for not returning a single phone callI called numerous times (as did my husband) and not one of your employees returned our callsAre your employees capable of checking voicemail? I should think soAre they capable of writing down our phone numbers? Are they capable of dialing our number and trying to provide customer service to customers who have used your moving company times? I guess notI should hope that the mail doesn't get lost as well, being that I have written you all a formal complaint

We reached out to Mr [redacted] and traded him out of his vehicle into another vehicle.? He is happy with the resolution.? Release attached, signed by him stating that he is satisfied

What a fly by night company ! I used them to inspect my home they MISSED about 1000.00$ worth of needed repairs that I could have had the owner fix before I bought the house. A gigantic rusted out portion of the gutters. doors with no door plates my back door sticks and needs to be practically forced open each time you need to open the door. Then we agreed they were supposed to bill me at closing they didn't. I closed in April and already this loser company is harassing me They started a barrage of phone calls and threats I asked for them to send me the bill I wanted to take it to my closing Lawyer to ask what happened. Meanwhile I'm getting certified mail from them harassing text messages snotty and nasty attitudes I don't mind paying for A JOB WELL DONE ! This business just stinks their inspections are not through when you confront them with their mistakes they turn it around on you PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS HOUSEMASTERS OUT OF ANDERSON SC ! GO ELSE WHERE SAVE YOURSELF BIG HEADACHES. YOU'VE ALL BEEN WARNED
