We have reached out to Mr***, and invited him in to evaluate his concerns. In the spirit of customer satisfaction, we have replaced both front and rear brake pads. We believe that Mr*** is satisfied at this time

The company should provide us with gas cards for tanks of gas; for the car not being full upon purchase, and another for the waste of gas driving to the dealership without the car being there on the first appointmentThe company should also provide us with full in and out details from Delta
Sonic; for the car not being properly cleaned upon delivery, and the other for the no call no show situation we endured yesterday at the schedule time of pick up at 11amThe company should also provide us with a check for months of car payments due to the financial hardship they put us in with not properly handling the call to the old finance company and having multiple payments now come out on a vehicle we no longer ownThe company should also provide another item of compensation for the lack of customer service, harassment issue with the salesman, and additionally the company should cease and desist from all communication from any employee as the West Herr Used Car Outlet, specifically related to the GM Steve, car salesman Joe, and any of the multiple individuals that have privately texted her cell phone without proper authorization.

A home inspection is a visual inspection of components , the main house was vacant at the time of inspection , the tenant was living in the rear addition and only using the bathroom in that area , it was
stated in the report that the house was vacant , when a house is vacant , various plumbing issues can arise after the system is put under full use , the home itself had many issues and concerns especially with the foundation areas , it appears the buyer has done some renovations which when removing walls, etc can allow other concerns to rise that were NOT visually observed , when I spoke with the client , nothing was being hidden that was not being disclosed or was anything ever discussed , there are many disclaimers on the entire inspection report such as roofing that are present , our liability is limited to the value of the home inspection cost as the client signed, we are willing to refund the entire inspection fee of dollars with a fully executed signed release

They do not have my vehicle at this time I had to pay to get it out which I feel I should be refunded some of thatEverything was not covered in the warranty and what the warranty did cover was close to 4000$ which brings me back to my initial point that this vehicle was bad at the time I purchased itAs I mentioned before I have not had the car for a full year and really it's over 4000$ in work that was needed to be done, 662$ that I did not have

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While Steve has done his best, because this is a new vehicle and new loan I would have to trade it in, and my payments on even a similar vehicle would double to about 5-since it would have to be paid off with the interestAt this point because this vehicle is months old (loan) on a month loan, its unrealistic to trade it in on something smaller or less suitableIve already come out of pocket over $within the first days of ownership, and am only interested in swapping or trading it in for a 4xFull size Truck.hing else is a downgradeAnd even then my payments will still doubleThis is not a solution, the idea that west herr would throw some money in the deal for my out of pocket expenses etc wont help at all, it will just DOUBLE my existing payment Steve P*** advised me on 5/4/he didnt think anything they have in inventory would work for me since it would be prohibitively expensive monthly paymentsAt this point I would like monetary consideration in the form of cash or check for the work that SHOULD have been performed under warranty but through no fault of my own was deniedSince I have already spent thousands on this vehicle to make is safe and roadworthy, the only other option is to swap out this vehicle for a similar or better full size 4xvehicle with towning capability, with the same or similar paymentIve spent enough money fixing it. Thank you!

We are sorry for the troubles that Ms*** experienced while trying to cancel her warranty. We have reached out to her and have cancelled the warranty as requested, and the refund has been sent to the bank. Additionally, we are working with Ms*** to help her purchase another
vehicle

This company was the best part of buying my house The inspector was Joe L*** He made sure we understood all the problems (and he found a lot!) associated with the property He was so knowledgeable about everythingI asked so many questions, and he never made me feel like I was an impositionI would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a real quality home inspection!!!

Our company policy is to follow the guidelines for claims and we are available for any questions

We have met with the customer and reviewed all his paperwork and answered all of his questions we have also offered the customer to trade out of the vehicle into either a new vehicle or another used vehicle of his choice the customer at this point has decided to wait and hold on to
the vehicle that he purchased and is satisfied .Tell us why here

I stated in the initial complaint that I want all the photos taken during the inspection and the rotted roof decking that was not noted/missed during the inspection repairedI am getting estimates for the roof this week

Steven P***, the General Manager of the West Herr Used Car Outlet has contacted Mr*** to discuss his concerns. While the repair that is in question is operational, we have committed to replace it as a gesture of goodwill to the customer. We are waiting for him to contact us back

This is why I have retained legal counsel, if there are no hidden photos then send the file of all unedited photos.One area of bad roofing is clearly visable from the attic stairs, no walking on trusses needed to see that one.The only remorse I have is hiring you for a mediocre home inspection

Home inspection missed some critical issues that inspector should have seen during the walk around, including deteriorated sidingWhen I called to discuss with the inspector I was never given a call back to discuss the issueMany attempts to get ahold of the company by myself and my realtor were unsuccessfulWould not recommend due to lack of quality report and more importantly lack of response to discuss issues
