At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hoverboard 360 regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They asked for a picture of the item in the box and a return form filled out and a picture sent of the form. I complied with their
request. I have yet to hear from them again. I am still waiting for a return autorization number. The days that they list on their website to accept returns has passed because they failed to return my requests for an authorization number

Do not order from this company Placed order my order and payment was taken on the day the order was placed Received confirmation showing the order placed and the payment received; however, did not receive tracking information Company was contacted on several occasions with no response from them Did not respond to email nor did they ever answer a phone call They would either state the voicemail was full and to try back later or they would let the phone ring and ring and ring, then put you to the voicemail that was full again No one ever answered a call or email Trying to prevent others from being disappointed and having their money stolen

I have called this company for weeks and cannot get in touch with a live human being I consistently get put on hold and will hold for so long until the automated system disconnects the call I have left voice mails to be called back but have never received a call back I have emailed the company, as suggested in the automated system, but have not received a response
The two day shipping is untrue It took about three weeks to receive my order I cannot get in touch with a person Pathetic customer service

HI, There is a *** Chargeback already for this customer, we cant refund the customer cause there is a Chargeback already in place and the bank will refund them

I ordered a hoverboardXL model in mahogany on December **, with free two day shippingIt is now December *** and I haven't received anything more than an order confirmation email from this companyI have sent two emails and called dailyWhen calling this business the automated system tells you the representatives are busy and the voicemail box is full and does not give you the option to holdSubsequently I have not been able to speak to anyone from this company about my order nor have I received a reply to the emails I sentI am concerned as this company is selling very expensive merchandise and is not available to provide any customer service or supportThis company lacks integrity and should not be trustedThey have ruined Christmas for my nine year old
