I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The return this company offered was for me to pay the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.  That is unacceptable when they didn't honor their 2 day shipping.  I immediately responded to their email and haven't heard back from them.  Research this company online and view all the other similar complaints from other duped consumers.  I really can't trust that they would reimburse me when they won't answer their phone or return calls.  And their email responses are always delayed by weeks and up to a month.  I believe consumers eventually just give up out of frustration.  I would rate this company a zero for customer service.

Ordered 4 hover boards on 11/**/2015. My credit card was billed that day. On 11/**, they sent an email that they needed a copy of front and back of my credit card, and a copy of my license. They said if I did not provide it, order would be canceled in 24 hours. I did not provide additional information, because it made me suspicious. As noted above, credit card was already charged 1595.00. I have never received hoverboards- They guarantee 2 day shipping, and it has been 6 weeks. Can get no response by email, no one answers phone, etc. Yesterday I filed dispute with credit card company.

Total misleading company. Promotes 2 day shipping but order ships in 10 to 20 days from Hong Kong. Customer service is very difficult to reach and if you don't agree with the lies they tell you they hang up in your face once you finally get them on the phone.
