I have called them numerous times and get the same response due to heavy call volume we are experiencing longer hold times then it says the mailbox your trying to reach is full Try call later I emailed them got only responses too late to cancel and the return form The return form doesn't give you an address to return boardI sent them pictures of box as requested There is no fax number just an email My question is if I ordered a Hoverboardwhy did I get an Imoto board?

resolved because:I have not received a refund yet, they received the merchandise on Feb *, It's been days and nothingI have sent them an email as to when I can receive my refund? Hoover board responded to the Revdex.com and said to days "from" Feb *, Today is Feb**,and no refund as of yet.

I ordered a product 12/** and they charged my credit cards immediately As of 12/** I still have not received my product Despite many attempts to call customer service, the call will not go thru Customer service told me via email that it would ship soon yet didn't provide any further details Their website claims that they have day shipping and that all these products would arrive by Christmas which is a complete lie They are a terrible company (if they are even really a company) They are lying to their customers and processing payments despite sending any products to their customers I'm going to try and cancel my payment through my bank if possible, but this business needs to be exposed and televised or something so that they are held accountable for their incredibly shady practices I have no idea if my product will actually arrive, so quite frankly they are thieves as well

Although they state that customers can return unused items, they make it virtually impossible to return an item Customers can never get through to the customer service department because we are left on hold for hours and then told the voice mail is full and the call is dropped In addition, emails are never returnedI have been trying to return an unused, unopened item for one weekI have spent hours a day on holdI have sent countless emails I believe the company is acting fraudulentlyIn addition, I ordered a Hoverboard Smart Board and they shipped me an imoto without asking if I would accept an alternative product DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

The company did respond via Email, after I opened my complaint w/ the Revdex.comThe Email stated to Email returns, which I didThe returns Email stated to attach pictures of the board and fill out an attached form, which I didWhen I sent those back to them, I had to request an address to return the board, as none was providedThen on 03/** I received an Email response stating thank you, a return address will be provided shortyI Emailed them daily after that requesting an address and on 03/** I received the Email w/ the return addressI have now shipped my hoverboard back, however, they have not repaired or exchanged it yetI would like to wait to close the claim until the issue is resolved
