We would like to help the customer, there is a chargeback in [redacted] Chargeback is under review, we wont be able to issue a refund We will follow the dispute with [redacted] , once there is a resolution [redacted] would refund the money to the customer If the dispute resolution is in favor of Hoverboardthan we will issue a refund to the customer Best Regards, Hoverboard

HORRIBLE! Broke a year old boy's heart - hoverboard never worked, cant get any response from company, can't get through on customer service number and they do not answer emails
