Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You should repair the device on these merits: You officially claimed via the Revdex.com that from August 2nd-31, you would not allow the $coupon code, due to the programming of your website Your TOS does not mention website programming will effect the $100, and for entire months at a time With no disclaimer, knowing that the $would not work, you allowed me to redeem it When the coupon code did not work, I purchased a new HTC for the full priceI have never used the $coupon code, as I could not be without a device for the entire month of August I will not use the coupon code, as I have already purchased my newHTC device Again, this is due to your website programming, as you claimed in the Revdex.com I mentioned this entire situation to HTC when I filed for the UH OH replacement warranty, and HTC stated my device was still eligible for a UH OH protection device swap (on two separate occasions)I have saved these conversations On a third occasion, I have received the final confirmation email from HTC stating my device will be serviced for repair/replacement via warranty You have already processed and confirmed my device for repair At this point, due to all the official confirmations, HTC refusing to service my device is akin to a denial of warranty I ask you please honor the free UH OH repair for my HTC One Mas promised, and as advertised when the phone was purchased

Currently, your phone is in our priority list and we are working to ship the replacement as soon as possible

The customer has been in contact with the HTC Americas Corporate Office and a resolution including a replacement device alongside a courtesy promo code have been provided

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't care where I purchased the phone from, it's their product and.they're taking their sweet time contacting meI sent a picture of the phone to them the way they sent it back,with no back.cover to the phone,and.that was day's ago and I've yet to hear back from themI am.beyond livid with these people and.still have been almost a month and.a half with no phone waiting on these people!! The least they could do.is reimburse me.for.my.pain and.sufferingI bet none of them could survive without a phone this longI want my money back! And I'm no longer in Ny where I purchased it,Im in VAIt was a manufacturer default that caused the phone not to work,not me or [redacted] So they need to reimburse me at this time.Sincerely, [redacted]

We have reviewed Mr***’s request and we are willing to resolve his inquiriesUpon checking his account, we found that he has been explained about the warranty option that we have for the HTC Bolt, we do not have available the replacement option for this device, and hence we are not able to provide him with oneHowever, we found in his account that Mr [redacted] has agreed to send us his device in order to be repaired with RMA ticket # [redacted] As a courtesy, we would like to provide him a shipping label in order to cover the inbound to our repair facilityWe look forward to speak to him in order to provide the label

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have a tracking code that says my phone was supposed to arrive on the coming from Tennessee by air on the 10th Also POC : ANDREW CALLED ME back confirming the arriving of the phone No phone has arrived and the tracking through UPS has not shown any shipping from HTC I still have not resolved this issue Another failed attempt I lost count on the failed attempts through HTC at Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me because how long it took for my refund and all the follcalls I had to make with them I've had to contact HTC numerous times for almost a month If I haven't been so vigilante on following up on them, my refund would have not occurred because I kept getting different reasons from their customer service agents why my refund wasn't processed as promised such as one agent stating the package was received, but another agent stating they were waiting on the package, etc I will never do business with HTC again nor would I recommend my friends to do so neither Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance and I am satisfied by your efforts to help out consumers with shady businesses such as HTC.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The HTC customer is the son of the consumer who created this complaint, [redacted] ***A repair ticket was created the same day this complaint was submittedThe HTC repair ticket number is: [redacted] has been in communication with HTC and has already received a working replacement device via UPS tracking number [redacted] The replacement was delivered on 2/11/

We contacted Ms [redacted] and explained to her how our warranty works; the Terms & Conditions are available on our website, stating what is covered by the standard limited warranty as well as the circumstances and products that are covered and eligible by the Uh Oh program (Free screen replacement)According to that, we must confirm that Ms [redacted] ’s tablet (Nexus 9) is not eligible for the Uh Oh program as this product has never been on the list of devices that were launched with this coverage as this is only for the PHONES HTC One M8, M9, A9, HTC Bolt, and Ultra purchased through www.htc.comNevertheless, we are willing to assist the customer by making an exception for her, we are disposed to repair the device and offer a 50% off the overall repair cost and provide her with a prepaid label to cover shipping inbound to our repair center

HTC will fulfill customer’s replacement request in accordance with the regular repair terms and conditionsAt this moment the repair center is working on the HTC Uof Mr [redacted] deviceOur Repair Center is supporting requests in the order they are receivedAs soon as a tracking number is generated the customer will be contacted

The Terms and Conditions are available on our website, stating what is covered by the standard warranty as well as the circumstances and products that are covered by the Uh Oh programAccording to that, we must confirm that Mr [redacted] 's phone is not eligible for the Uh Oh program as was not purchased directly from www.htc.comNevertheless, we are willing to assist the customer by making an exception for him as we highly appreciate his loyalty to the HTC brandWe will be able to cover the physical damage on Mr [redacted] ’s phone as one time courtesyWe look forward to speak to him in order to initiate a new repair process

HTC has contacted Mr [redacted] and explained to him that his device is covered by a day post-repair warranty Therefore, we are offering him to either repair his device or exchange it with no charges for him unless any customer induced damage is found We are currently waiting to initiate the RMA option he wishes to take

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since I have filed this complaint, they have reworded and removed portions of the website that led me astrayThis will prevent people in the future from running into the same problem I hadHowever, they are doing nothing to remediate the problem I encounteredThey continually are referencing pages I never stumbled on and making up new rules that I never agreed toI am completely disatisfied with HTC and will never purchase products from them in the future Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The customer has been provided with a link and highlighted pictures, verifying and confirming the information requested by her, all connectivity issues with the Verizon network have already been solvedHowever the customer has a day period to return the device after is received and have a full refund of the paying price in the case that she is dissatisfied with the product
