furnace failed while I was away. They told me that the part was 7 years into a10 year warranty They replaced it for no cost for parts or labor Because the part had to be ordered they did a temporary repair.Andrew, the technician, was efficient and courteous .

Great service took the time to explain the process of the mistake made by another company who came in to do a tune-up on a furnace.

Came out promptly even though it was a high-end time of year. Andrew was an excellent service person as he explained the issue clearly and educated me on the furnace and got water heater that are present in my recent purchase of an old home. He went above and beyond in familiarizing me with what I'd need to do in case of an emergency. I would most definitely recommend H&D and Andrew in particular to homeowners who are not familiar with their furnace, water heater, etc. I feel more prepared to deal with my home thanks to Andrew's service!

They provided a relatively quick appointment to replace my leaking hot water heater, and their technician was on time and communicated clearly and was very helpful and he completed the replacement within the promised day and I'm very pleased.

Diago very quickly responded to our request for emergency service on a Saturday morning.
