This is my second experience with I-GO I came back to them this second time due specifically to the high level of service received from then during my first move They did not let met down, from the estimator, to the packers, to the driver and movers, we and all of our "stuff" were treated with respect, treated as if they were the owner, and as if we were their best friends KUDOs to I-GO!!!!

They dinged and damaged three walls in our new apartmentThe mover said he would reimburse us, but I'll believe it when I see itThe apartment is brand newOne was at least inches and gougedThey also damaged the leg of my couch, chipping itI understand some damage could be expectedBut this was a large apartment with plenty of room to maneuverThey also left three large floor rugsThe foreman did not check the second story of my home before allowing the crew to leaveI had to track down the foreman and have him return to pick them up

All aspects of our move were handled with excellence We are totally pleased with the experience and would rate all the people associated with this endeavor as the best ever! The estimates proved to be spot on The workers were pleasant, great to work with and seemed tireless Our driver, [redacted] was a joy to work with and kept us informed of his ETA perfectly In this day and age of customer service indifference, it is like a breath of fresh air to work with a company in which literally everyone works as a team and makes the customer feel like they are important Well done all!!

We just completed a move to [redacted] this past month and could not be happier with the service we had We hoped to have deliver a couple of days earlier, but were promised it would be [redacted] if not earlier Everyone was very polite and professional and we only had two minor issues at the end I would definitely recomment I-Go

I-Go contact was helpful and attentiveThe actual movers were less soBox full of plates and glasses fell off dolly and mover did not mention it to the ownerReceived household goods within window; however, many of the boxes were crushed and they were packed into the semi-trailer way too tightLuckily we did not move anything truly valuable or delicateMany plates and glasses were shattered upon arrivalWas able to fill out claim form and were paid for the items with no trouble at all

My company contracted with I-Go to relocate me from Kansas City area to Omaha ***, my moving coordinator, did a great job keeping me informed at all stages through the move My driver and lead, ***, was wonderful He has a great attitude which really helped alleviate my move related stress [redacted] and [redacted] had great personality, which also did wonders to set me at ease on moday Many thanks to the entire team at I-Go I will definitely reach out for my next move!

We moved from *** to *** and used I-Go Van and Storage to pack our items, store them for months while our home was being built and deliver the items Every aspect of the move was positive They do an excellent job of keeping you informed and the staff is very professional and friendly from packers, to supervisors to drivers Very minimal damage to items Excellent experience would recommend

The I-Go team made a very stressful experience....not so much The packing team was friendly, professional and efficient They stood ready to help me and cheerfully would add, " our job is to make your move easier!" How nice One would expect that attitude, but often companies do not deliver I-Go works well with the client, and works very well as a coordinated team to accomplish the task
While I am awaiting the delivery of my household items, I expect that the delivery team will be equally professional and caring

First, their representatives are easy to reach via phone and emailThey respond in a timely manner, are polite and knew what we needed without us knowingOur rep called us before the move to cheand left his cell phone number with us in case we ran into issues during our after hours moveSecond, they provided totes (at a small cost) to pack our gear in which was GREAT because then my employees wouldn't be able to stash boxes under their desks for years! The totes were stack-able and easy to load upWe had them weeks before the move to pack gradually and then they let us keep the totes a week after the move so we could unpack graduallyFinally, their move crew were speedy, efficient and professionalI (a female) was in charge of the move and felt very safe with them alone in my buildingTheir crew has been with them for years and years, which just shows what a solid company they are
