Great experience with the moving crew relocating me from [redacted] to [redacted]. The driver [redacted] and his partner [redacted] were friendly, efficient and a joy to work with both for loading and unloading.

One of the Best movers out there. [redacted] who manages everything is awesome and walks you through all the steps. Recommended to me by the employer and indeed they were very transparent in their dealings. I had some requests that they had not had before but they made all the efforts to go the extra mile and get that solved. Indeed I would recommend then without any reservations. Took care of the my stuff and made the move lot easy.

We just completed a move to [redacted] this past month and could not be happier with the service we had. We hoped to have deliver a couple of days earlier, but were promised it would be [redacted] if not earlier. Everyone was very polite and professional and we only had two minor issues at the end. I would definitely recomment I-Go.

I-Go contact was helpful and attentive. The actual movers were less so. Box full of plates and glasses fell off dolly and mover did not mention it to the owner. Received household goods within window; however, many of the boxes were crushed and they were packed into the semi-trailer way too tight. Luckily we did not move anything truly valuable or delicate. Many plates and glasses were shattered upon arrival. Was able to fill out claim form and were paid for the items with no trouble at all.

I had a fantastic experience moving from one home to another using I Go Van. From scheduling to getting the initial quote to receiving boxes to the move day and after, the service and quality was top notch. What a relief on a such a stressful day (move day) .Seriously, use these guys for your move as you won't be disappointed!

Packed ng, loading, and delivery went well. On time. Did a very nice job.

They dinged and damaged three walls in our new apartment. The mover said he would reimburse us, but I'll believe it when I see it. The apartment is brand new. One was at least 4 inches and gouged. They also damaged the leg of my couch, chipping it. I understand some damage could be expected. But this was a large apartment with plenty of room to maneuver. They also left three large floor rugs. The foreman did not check the second story of my home before allowing the crew to leave. I had to track down the foreman and have him return to pick them up.

This is my second experience with I-GO. I came back to them this second time due specifically to the high level of service received from then during my first move. They did not let met down, from the estimator, to the packers, to the driver and movers, we and all of our "stuff" were treated with respect, treated as if they were the owner, and as if we were their best friends. KUDOs to I-GO!!!!

Performed a thorough review and estimate. Estimate was competitive. Upon notification scheduled pickup in accordance with requested schedule. Provided reasonable care in packing items. Provided third party packing of high risk items (i.e. televisions). Loaded quickly and efficiently. Coordinated move with HOA for access for unloading. Unloaded quickly and efficiently.

My company contracted with I-Go to relocate me from Kansas City area to Omaha. [redacted], my moving coordinator, did a great job keeping me informed at all stages through the move. My driver and lead, [redacted], was wonderful. He has a great attitude which really helped alleviate my move related stress. [redacted] and [redacted] had great personality, which also did wonders to set me at ease on move-in day.

Many thanks to the entire team at I-Go. I will definitely reach out for my next move!
