When we started looking for a mover, we were surprised at the number of negative comments However, *** (driver) and *** ( lead helper) for I-Go van and storage were very good at their jobs They were friendly, professional, courteous and very customer service oriented I would recommend I-Go, even though they are a bit more expensive that their competition, they were worth it The customer service provided by *** was also exceptional She continuously called and kept us informed of times and dates that things would occur

The movers were very professional and accommodating about my needsI am completely satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend others

We recently contracted I-GO to help with a move to AZ They were great , from customer service right down to the packers and drivers, it's a first class operationWe considered contracting a cheaper alternative, pack your own and they haul it but I'm glad we didn'tThe saving wouldn't of been that much more and the work load would have been !! Don't waste your time, call I-go

The experience with the movers themselves was fantastic on both ends; they were professional and did a wonderful jobIt was a very seamless process on the move-out/modatesHowever, my "preferred" date for receiving my belongings was June 2, and I had to wait until June for it to actually arriveI wouldn't have minded the delay if I was notified from the beginning that I would need to wait that long, but all conversations gave me the idea that I would have everything within a couple of days of my preferred dateThe company needs to do a much better job of giving a realistic timeline; a sketchy two-week timeline really doesn't work well for people traveling across the country and waiting on all of their belongingsIt threw off my work schedule and forced us to sleep on an air mattress for days

*** was great at checking with us to be sure we were on track in preparation...*** worked to be sure we had the right equipment for the move...the mover team was amazing...worked hard, was careful, and acted/sounded like they enjoyed what they did It was obvious they often worked together and provided a team effort with a lot of laughter and good-natured teasing They moved our 17-person office in hours! The key to the move was their equipment that was all on wheels, so almost all our items fit on rollers Having the right equipment (library carts, rolling totes, Speed packs) made the move so much easier and faster than our previous move years ago that utilized boxes I can't say enough good things about the I-GO experience!

I-Go Van & Storage moved my family from [redacted]. They could not have perfomed any better. From coordinating the move, to packing and shipping they did any excellent job. We could not have been any happier with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a move.
