All aspects of our move were handled with excellence. We are totally pleased with the experience and would rate all the people associated with this endeavor as the best ever! The estimates proved to be spot on. The workers were pleasant, great to work with and seemed tireless. Our driver, [redacted] was a joy to work with and kept us informed of his ETA perfectly. In this day and age of customer service indifference, it is like a breath of fresh air to work with a company in which literally everyone works as a team and makes the customer feel like they are important. The team was absolutely professional in every way. They packed everything from our house in Florida. They were courteous and upbeat. Never once made any comment to make us feel bad about the state of mess in our house or the number of legos still scattered on the floor that had to be boxed up. The move went lightning fast- 2 days to pack a 4 bed 2 bath home with a 2 car garage being used for storage and not car parking. They were there in Georgia to meet us as soon as we rolled into town. Even patiently tolerated my 6 year old who wanted to be their "helper". They moved efficiently but not at a breakneck speed so I felt my belongings were being well cared for. they were very careful in the move-in process to not bang up any door frames or flooring. For those furniture items that had to be reassembled (such as my little boy's bunk bed), they took proper time assembling so that I felt everything was solid and safe-- no parts missing. those were all collected, bundled, labeled and put into a special box. They showed genuine concern to make sure that furniture items were placed where I wanted them-- not just in the right room, but the right angle, distance from walls, etc. True class act team.

Excellent company to work with so far! [redacted] has been instrumental in setting things up and getting the packing team and loading team for our move to [redacted]. Everyone has been friendly, quick and efficient! We even left a day sooner than expected! Our things are in storage for about 2 months and then we'll have them deliver to our new home!

They worked with me with limited dates of moving, they stopped at another interim facility to pick up more belongs and then delivered to my new residence with no complaints, with smiles and very helpful personnel to assist me. After packing all of our belongings, they came in loaded it all on one of their trucks and within two days, they were able to deliver all of our belongings as well as transport one of our family vehicles. I have moved more than a dozen times in my adult life - this was by far the best experience - "I-Go" is wonderful! Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. There were no bad surprises, not one, in terms of persons who helped along the way, including local persons recruited to help with the unload in my destination point, which was a major city with a high crime rate.

I-Go was very professional throughout our whole move. We moved from ** to ** and had a large amount of garage items. They worked with us to fit everything on the truck and to schedule all the providers to un hook and re-hook up appliances.

This company took the mystery out of moving and was incredibly helpful from the moment I called them for an estimate to the unloading of a big 18 wheeler over 2000 miles away.
