I placed an order, despite all the negative feedback, on January 3, I ordered a shark and bullet double necklaceI just received my order yesterday, January 20, I have another order that I placed on January 10, The shipping time is quite long and I knew that before I placed my orderI actually have no complaints since I received my first order in the time I expected it to shipI haven't had to call, email or FB them, but based on all the reviews on social media, it seems they don't take care of their customers or they are overwhelmed (which I have seen their FB posts about being understaffed)
I love their merchandise and would shop there again, knowing that the merchandise I buy, will take at least three weeks to arrive

I ordered a few items from I love jewelry several weeks prior to Xmas, knowing it wouldn't arrive til first of jan I have sent five emails, called numerous times during business hours, to no avail I have not heard ine thing from themYest, I keep getting new merchandise emails from them and they are STILL advertising on face book This is so irritating and discouraging
Please do NOT shop with these people!

I have been waiting for over five weeks now for my red sweatshirt with my initials in gold on itCannot get reply from anyone and the telephone number for voice mail is always fullHas anyone bothered to go check this place out and to see if they are in businessI would if I could but I live in another state

I ordered a sweater Dec 9th of I received one email letting me know that my order was received and money was taken out of my accountJanuary 5th rolled around and I had yet to hear from them I sent several emails requesting the status of my orderNothingI sent another email letting them know that I would be contacting my bankThey sent me an email saying that my order would be sent within the next weekIt is now the 17th and still nothingThis business needs some sort of consequenceI will be contacting my bank

I ordered a month ago and have heard NOTHING. I did not know this was an action. I have been trying to call and get no response. I tried to email and no response. The phone just says there is no one to take my calls and hangs up on me. I am so ticked that the Christmas gift will not be here on time. Dont throw your money away go somewhere else.

I placed an order for a non-monogrammed pair of slippers on Oct 25th. I still have not received as of Nov 29th. The company does not answer the phone, nor do they return emails. Horrible!

Horrible company to do business with. I ordered monogrammed wine pajamas in S/M. Product arrived and top fits fine, bottoms would fit a 10 year old. I emailed the company and got an automated response that they would respond in 48 hours. No response. I then emailed again that I would dispute the charges. I got a response right away at that point saying it was a final sale and to "have a nice day". I called my bank to dispute the charges and took pictures of the clothing and the sizing that is clearly off. I also submitted copies of my emails and their response. My bank is getting my money back and said they are cracking down on scam companies like this. I also have all of my friends sharing my story on Instagram and what a scam this company is. Having it circulated now with over 350 people on F/B and Instagram. If you have been wronged, dispute the charges with your credit card company! Also report them to RevDex.com. I won't stop at doing everything possible to shut this company down!

I ordered a pair of the duck boots monogrammed. $65.00 (nowhere on this site did it say auction. (maybe not the same site?) I wear size 7, ordered size 8 to accommodate socks. the pair I received is more like a 6-1/2 & I could barely get my size 7 foot in them. VERY DISAPPOINTED they would not exchange them as they were personalized! I understand the personalization part but, the sizing is completely off...if the sizing was even close I wouldn't have asked to exchange.

I had no trouble at all with my purchase from this company. I ordered a monogrammed necklace which their website states with personalization it could take from 4 to5 weeks to receive the item. I ordered it on Nov,4 and it was shipped Dec1, 2015. So after reading all the terrible reviews for this company I wanted to give it a positive one!!!

I ordered a dress on 08/17/15 from I Love Jewelry. I opted for the PayPal option of payment after delivery. I received an email on 08/18/15 with an order number indicating I will receive a shipment information in a subsequent email. On 09/01/15 the money was pulled from my account indicating delivery had been made; however, delivery had NOT been made nor did I ever receive an email indicating my shipment had been processed. I have sent two email with both being unanswered. I have attempted to call, but I get no answer and the voice mailbox is full and I, therefore, cannot leave a message. I am very frustrated to say the least.

Do not order from this company! I ordered monogrammed boots from this company at the first of September. They were happy to take my money, but won't give my merchandise! I've contacted them several times and the only response I get is, "sorry for the delay. We are working hard to complete your order," from someone named [redacted]. I demanded my money back, but she said, "sorry, we can't refund your money, it's against our policy." Buyer beware!!'

Terrible people to do business with, complete disregard of their customers. Ordered item with no monogram, money has been quickly taken out of my account. I have called many many times just to be sent to voicemail I have emailed 11 times I have posted on their fb page begging for a response and nothing, over a month later and absolutely nothing.
If you don't mind being out $100+ dollars immediately and being treated like this then do business with them, at this point they have taken money out same day I placed the order no response no merchandise this is stealing! They should not be able to advertise #1 selling company anything, never been made to feel so unappreciative and so sorry I have ever trusted them to do business with. There is no difference between the way they do business and a scam. I have 2 unfulfilled orders with them this is uncalled for way to do business. Your customers trusted you to do business with you!!!!

Hello...I ordered A gold wire wrapped pearl bracelet. Received it within a week or two. I love it and ordered a set of 3 wire wrapped bracelets today. I received a 20 percent discount for this order. So far so good. Hoping there is another positive experience for me. This is why I choose to order with them again.

I have ordered 3 items from this company one month ago, but have only received one item at this time. Tracking information is not available for items not received.
I sent a request to change the size on the shirt I ordered literally 3 minutes after ordering the item since I later read reviews about odd sizing , but the admin emailed me 2 days later denying my request. Now I have a $50 dollar shirt I cannot wear.

Ordered monthly monogram box. Paid upfront. Arrived several weeks after they so called shipped. The item is incorrect and company will not respond to emails. Phone just rings and rings

This company is TERRIBLE!! I ordered their monthly Mongram box beginning back in February. The first box I received was cheap and one of the necklaces broke literally within minutes of taking it out of the package. The tshirt in that package was also cheap and the quality on the monogram was less than impressive to say the least. I skipped my March box and received my next one in April. It was a better quality but I did notice that the price on shipping had changed WITHOUT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS!! They also changed their shipping policy and billing policy without notice!! When I first subscribed I was billed each month on the date of the original purchase, they have since changed it to the 1st of every month and then processing for your order takes 10-15 days before it ships out. After two emails last week asking about my order and receiving no real answers I called today and spoke with Ashley who claimed to be the manager simply because she answered the phone but when there were questione about my order she had to put me on hold and ask someone else, I'm assuming that was the real manager who she wouldn't allow me to talk to. She was rude and seemed to have no desire to fix the issue or make the customer happy with their order. I will NEVER order from this company again and will continue to tell everyone I know about just how awful their business truly is!!

I ordered a Sherpa pullover in November and still have not received it. No one is addressing the issue whatsoever even after several emails and multiple calls!
Who does business like this. They took payment right away and haven't delivered and are not even attempting to resolve it. At this rate, I am unsure if I will ever get the product, when I will the product.

I ordered a necklace Dec. 3. Leaving plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I had it mailed to the address we were going for Christmas. We did not receive it in time for Christmas. I contacted them asking for tracking information. After finally hearing from them a couple days after Christmas, we were told it would not be shipped until a week later. I told them not to send it to the address on the order since we would no longer be at that address. I gave them the correct address to send it to. Well, after contacting them several times, it was finally delivered Jan. 16. And, you guessed it, it went to the address we were no longer at. So, it had to be taken to the post office and mailed to us by another person. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with I Love Jewelry.
