They advertise one product and send something else. If you complain about it, your complaints are deleted from facebook. If you email them, they tell u the product is the same as what you saw on the internet.

I placed an order on June 2 and I have still not received the dress. I was told I would have it in 10 days. then I was told I would have it by the end of the week. Apparently they ran out of the dresses and had to order more. There was no communication and now they have fallen off the face of the earth. They didn't hesitate to take my money.

The worst online purchase experience ever. Purchased a shirt Aug 21st 2015. Needed for a Oct 2nd gift for birthday. Item stated 3-4 week delivery. I tried contacting this business several times had no luck in getting any reply or communication. Didnt receive item for birthday gifting. Finally posted comment on there facebook page they just delete it and block you if its a negative comment. 3 months later almost and still no shirt. Filed a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. Beware there still posting and taking others money though on facebook.

I placed an order on 9/3 and was told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. It's been 8 weeks now and I still don't have the shirt I ordered. I have contacted the company via Facebook numerous times only to be told that it takes 3-4 weeks for delivery and they are "a few days behind" and they have told me "it will ship next week" twice, but alas, it hasn't. In my opinion, being 30 days behind on delivery is not "a few days."

Believe the reviews !! I'm the kind of person that oftentimes reads reviews, then tries for myself.... this time it didn't work out. I ordered their monthly subscription service (for the month of Nov) on Oct. 31, 2016 and the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. I received a shipping confirmation on Nov. 1, 2016 which said I should see movement within 10-14 days. Once the 14 days passed, there still was no movement... on Nov. 23, 2016 I reached out to the business via email and asked if there would be any progress made... their response was, "You should see movement in 2-4 business days." Finally on Dec.3, 2016 still no movement and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. How is it a monthly subscription service when you DON'T get your items monthly.... maybe they should try their hand at bi-monthly or quarterly, because their Facebook, yelp, and Revdex.com reviews obviously reveal that they can not handle the demands of a monthly subscription service.

Do not order from this company! They sent me an item that didn't even come close to their suggested sizing chart and now after 5 emails to them and a phone number that appears to be disconnected, I am stuck with merchandise that I can't even wear!

I placed an order, my credit card was charged, but no merchandise. Despite several emails no response from them. I have called the number during business hours but no answer.

The items the company provides are cheap, they look much nicer online than the actual items you will receive. I placed an order on May 27, 2016 and did not receive part of the order until the middle of July 2016. I inquired about when the items I purchased would be shipping and was told they would ship the week of June 13, 2016. They were not shipped as promised, and I believe they were only shipped because I filed a complaint through PayPal to try and get my money back. Also, the one item I did receive has black spots all over it, so it will most likely be junk. Very disappointing, don't waste your money!

This company grew faster thane what they were prepared for. I've have ordered 4 necklaces, a pre ordered sweater and another sweater. Love their stuff love them!!They are good hearted ppl who care. They were so behind she got family helping her out and they work around the clock. Give them a few days to get with you .....they will. Sending emails and messages 5 times a day doesn't help them get your items shipped. I will continue to order from them!!!

I ordered 2 things from this company on August 25th. Immediately, my card was debited and a confirmation of the order was emailed to me. It is now September 29 and I have heard nothing from the company. I have tried to call to find out the status of the order but it goes directly to voicemail and it is full so the recording just tells you "goodbye". I have tried to email as well, also with no response. Will never do business with this company again. Fearing I lost $72 in this lesson. Will post on FB that this company could be scamming people. Never trust a company that you can't call. Seems like they have lots of complaints since their VM has been full for the last 4 days that I have tried to call.

I ordered the August "Monobox", the money was taken out of my bank account the day I ordered (which was in July), I received a Monobox the middle of August, however it wasn't mine, it was someone else's. I emailed the company that day letting them know. I also contacted the lady that I had received her box, come to find out she received mine as well. She and I both contacted the company numerous times for weeks. She mailed my monobox back to the company, I received the correct Monobox at the end of September, AFTER September's payment had also been taken out. I ended up having to ship her Monobox to her because to company would never send me a return address label, they just sent me a screenshot of one which I couldn't use to mail her box back to them, so I had to pay to have her box sent to her. All in all the company has good products but they are not always as advertised. But their customer service is absolutely horrible.

I placed my order (and was charged) in November 2016. It's now January 2017 and I still have no delivery. Although I received an email on December 8 saying my order had been shipped. (Tracking info said it never arrived to usps, just that they've been alerted)
Today, I received confirmation that I've been charged for the next months subscription.
I have emailed...... got an automatic response saying that they'll email me back in the order received. That's been over a week ago.
Tried calling them...no answer.
I'm filing this because I've seen several of the same complaints from other customers and this company is still sending advertisements to gain more customers when they aren't even delivering the products they've already sold. Right now, they're just taking people's money.

This is a a company that charges you a monthly charge and sends a box ones a month with a personalized item. I signed up on November 22, 2016. I was charged on that date and was charges again on January 1, 2017. I have never received one item. The company does not return emails or answer phone calls.

I ordered the monogramed fleece jacket for my daughter in a large 2 weeks before Christmas. It came after Christmas which was not that big a deal. However, I ordered a size large, as it was described as being "true to size." It was NOT a large. Another daughter who wears a S could not get it on. I have been trying to call them to exchange, even though monogramed items are said no to be returnable, but the line is always busy.

I bought a "swag bag" on October 27th. It is December 7th, I have been charged twice and still have not received a "your item has shipped" email. I have called and emailed and still gotten nothing back. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Company will not respond as I have proof of emails sent and received about my items that I have complained about. Dec Mono box was changed to Xlarge, when rcvd the top was Xlarge and the bottoms was S/MD?? The 2nd item, Serpa Pullover, emailed in plenty of time to change the size, but was told "true to size" when received it was SUPER SMALL! Company WILL NOT respond & will not answer the phone. I have canceled my subscription due to these items, I am so disappointed!

Can you please help me? How did you cancel your subscription to I love jewelry? I have been charged for the past 4 months $24 a month...no merchandise and I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails and can’t get a soul on the phone. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to cancel the subscription. I noticed in this forum that you said you cancelled yours. Help please. Thank you!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from I love jewelry on July 19, 2015 and got the confirmation that an order had been placed. The last correspondence I received from them was on July 26th. From then on I either didn't get a response or an blanket email every time I emailed them. I have also tried to call them a lot. When I was able to leave a message it was never returned or the mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. If they are not going to send product then I would like to have a refund of $51.95. I am just done with trying to communicate without any attempt for a resolution.

In September, I signed up for Monobox. September was a good box. October I received in November and ILJ wouldn't respond to any of my messages, answer their phones, or return emails UNTIL I got the confirmation that it had shipped....IN NOVEMBER (too late to cancel November's box). November's box was okay and I canceled.

For Christmas I asked for their Monogrammed Sherpa. After it took almost 2 months for it to come in, not responding to my dad's phone calls, it came in 2 days before Christmas and then doesn't even come close to being a true medium. It fits more like an EXTRA SMALL!

I ordered an item on November 11, it's January 1 and I still don't have it. They took the money out of my account when I placed the order. I have emailed them many times with no response. They are scamming many people and need to be stopped!!

I placed an order on 7/15/2015 with this company and received an email indicating the order was received the morning of 7/16/2015. I responded to the email on 8/7/2015 asking for an update. I received an auto-response on The same day that someone would be in contact with me in 48 hours. After no response, I followed up again and receive the same auto-response. I have followed up via email one more time and just sent a message via Facebook as well. Based in what I have read on your site, I am pretty sure that I'm not going to get a response not will I get what I ordered or a refund. Please do what you can to close this business down...this is unacceptable!
