I love Jewelry Auctions has the worst customer service I have experience with an online retailer EVER. They do not know how to communicate. I have tried emailing, calling , sending fbook messages. They did respond after a few days/weeks but then never followed up.
Do yourself a favor and do not ever order anything from them.
I ordered a vest from them and when I finally received it 6 weeks later, even though it wasn't even a monogram order, it was too big. Also, the material is so cheap that if I were to wear it, I would have to deal with black fur shedding everywhere.
I've tried very unsuccessfully to exchange or return the item.
I understand that they had a big holiday season with lots of orders. Well get it together! You are a business, so learn to act like one.
I ordered a necklace April 4th, 2016. It was posted to my credit card statement on April 11th, 2016. I have tried to call this company twice, no answer, just directly to voice mail. I have emailed them several times, receiving the same generic email response that someone will be getting a hold of me etc. I recevied an email stating that they were waiting for chains to come in to process my order. I have yet to hear from them and there is no way to contact an actual HUMAN BEING. I am very upset. They have my $40 and I have nothing.
I give this company a big zero. Stay away you will surly be angry if your items looks like mine. This company should be put out of business because they do not deliver.
I ordered items from this company and was so disappointed. The jewelry was not detailed as shown in the picture of what the item looks like. The monograming was absolutely awful. I could not even tell what some of the letters were. I am so angry at this company. I will never order from them again. NEVER!
I also placed a Christmas order with this company back in November and never received my merchandise. Over $80.00 was removed from my account. They sent an email tracker stating the merchandise had been shipped and delivered. I contacted my postal service and they tracked the number the company sent it to a wrong address that did not exist. The postal service sent the merchandise back to the company stating no such address existed. I was instructed to contact the company. Like other reviews stated the company does not have a contact telephone number only an email address. I have sent several emails to the company and have not received a response. Buyers beware! Do not order from ilovejewelry what a scam! That is awful to take advantage of people. What a way to run a business!
I ordered two pairs of monogrammed slippers from I Love Jewelry at the start of November for Christmas gifts. The money was taken from my account immediately but as the weeks went by, I never heard anything more. I tried to contact customer service multiple times the weeks before Christmas to see if I would get them in time and never could get a hold of anyone. I finally received my slippers today (January 2nd) and am less than impressed with the quality. They run small and are cheaply made. The monogrammed letters are also hard to read on the slippers. Definitely won't buy from them again and would strongly encourage anyone thinking of ordering from I Love Jewelry to look elsewhere!
I have the same issue - paid and no merchandise and no response to emails and no phone number available to cancel and get a refund. This is absurd and they took the money from my account. $88 gone and they wee Xmas presents. I ordered on 12/7/2017 and it is now almost a month with no response.
Order the Chloe Duck Boots on Sept. 7, 2017. It’s Dec 4, 2017 and no boots for a Christmas present. I have a call into Paypal. Legal action against them like a class action suit needs to happen! Criminals!
Same problem - no merchandise and no xmas gifts for my daughter. I ordered on 12/7 /17 and no response to emails and no message available to leave on the number provided. I of course paid and they have not refunded as requested. Do not buy from them. They can't keep up with orders or have anyone working for them to assist customers
Same problem. Ordered over $80 in merchandise at the beginning of November - here we are a week before Christmas (they were all gifts), and nothing. Nor will they/she respond... only to say, "You will love it when you receive it." I am boiling... it's people like this that make the world a worse place. UGH!
I have same problem! Pissed off! No answer, no reply from emails. I received an email on 11/3 saying they received and would be sending me tracking info when sent. Nothing! ????
Do not order from this place. I ordered a bag four months ago and still have not received my order. Horrible customer service and they even lied to me (said my order had been shipped)!

I have been trying to contact I Love Jewelry with no luck. I have emailed and I keep trying to call an no one answers the phone - it just hangs up on you. I ordered my products in May and still have not received them. It's a SCAM - stay away from them.
I have never been so frustrated and disgusted by a company and the customer service. I ordered items months ago specifically for my wedding with my new initials. Any of you girls out there know your wedding is the most important day and we want it to be perfect. I have tried to contact them probable 10 times now. They don't respond to emails and their FB they don't accept private messages. That should tell you something. However they certainly have the time to post new items on FB daily and delete negative comments. I highly recommend you not risk ordering an item from this company. BTW I am not the type of person to write a review but this has been such a big disappointment.
I too have ordered 2 tops from this website 4 weeks ago and no status has been sent to me and the phone numbers are no longer working. Of course the money was drawn from my account immediately. I learned the hard way to check first before ordering...their rating and the complaints. Wow this is a first for me. I wonder if it can be reported to Facebook that they are a scam or would they care? I will report them to Revdex.com for certain. Creeps!
I placed an order over 8 weeks ago and of course the funds were taken from my account immediately. I Love Jewelry sends only an auto response via e mail and the dozens of phone attempts I made once someone answered and said I will be receiving an email in a few days with tracking info...of course there was no email AND no product. Again more and more calls and emails...no response...this is crazy...I would love to know where my products are...I work hard for my money...UGH...I will not order here again.
Beverly, I too got scammed- I learned a lesson to check out future sponsored ads on facebook that look appealing... ughhh . Next I will write a letter to Revdex.com.
I placed an order on May 24th, received an auto message stating that the order has been received. - my order has been in pre shipment status for weeks now without any updates.
No one answers the customer service line. Shame on them. Karma is a %#!*&!.

I placed an order on 11/20/2016...on 12/7 got an email with tracking number that my order was shipped. As of today, 12/19/2016, my order is in pre-ship status , per the usps. I've also emailed multiple times, and only receive an automated return email. The customer service number given just rings with no answer or outgoing message. Never shopping here again!
I ordered a few items from I love jewelry several weeks prior to Xmas, knowing it wouldn't arrive til first of jan. I have sent five emails, called numerous times during business hours, to no avail. I have not heard ine thing from them. Yest, I keep getting new merchandise emails from them and they are STILL advertising on face book. This is so irritating and discouraging.
Please do NOT shop with these people!
I am reading my story several times over. I have received responses via email, but no merchandise!!!!! I too, continue to receive sale info. Is this a legit business? Has anyone ever gotten their purchases?
This company grew faster thane what they were prepared for. I've have ordered 4 necklaces, a pre ordered sweater and another sweater. Love their stuff love them!!They are good hearted ppl who care. They were so behind she got family helping her out and they work around the clock. Give them a few days to get with you .....they will. Sending emails and messages 5 times a day doesn't help them get your items shipped. I will continue to order from them!!!
This is great, except what is there excuse now, 2 years later and still people are not getting their orders. I don't mind waiting necessarily, but they should answer phone calls and emails so people knew what was going on with their products. Also, they shouldn't delete negative Facebook comments so it appears that everyone is satisfied with the service (as that is false advertisement I feel).
I ordered a sweater Dec 9th of 2014. I received one email letting me know that my order was received and money was taken out of my account. January 5th rolled around and I had yet to hear from them. I sent several emails requesting the status of my order. Nothing. I sent another email letting them know that I would be contacting my bank. They sent me an email saying that my order would be sent within the next week. It is now the 17th and still nothing. This business needs some sort of consequence. I will be contacting my bank.
