I ordered an item on Dec 3. My account was debited for the item on Dec. 5. As of Dec. 31 I have not received a tracking number. I have sent 5 FB messages and 3 emails, attempted to call x2. I did receive a response on FB stating it would be shipped last Mon. Today the response on FB was "I will check on that". I have requested a tracking number or a refund....still no response. I will be filling a paypal and Revdex.com complaint tomorrow Jan 1.

I Love Jewelry Auctions took my money and sent me nothing in return-- I ordered a bracelet, which I am convinced I will NEVER receive.
They do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phones.
As far as I am concerned, they are con artists utilizing the web to scam people out of their money. They are the equivalent to check fraud & credit card fraud criminals.

I have left many emails, talked with them 3 times to get a monagrammed tshirt sent, over six months now, still no shirt, no return emails, and no return phone calls, have gotten trhough twice, assured me it was in system and would be delivered, I will not order from them again, or rec'md them to any friends, have no shirt and out $24.

I love Jewelry Auctions has the worst customer service I have experience with an online retailer EVER. They do not know how to communicate. I have tried emailing, calling , sending fbook messages. They did respond after a few days/weeks but then never followed up.
Do yourself a favor and do not ever order anything from them.
I ordered a vest from them and when I finally received it 6 weeks later, even though it wasn't even a monogram order, it was too big. Also, the material is so cheap that if I were to wear it, I would have to deal with black fur shedding everywhere.
I've tried very unsuccessfully to exchange or return the item.
I understand that they had a big holiday season with lots of orders. Well get it together! You are a business, so learn to act like one.

I placed an order, despite all the negative feedback, on January 3, 2015. I ordered a shark and bullet double necklace. I just received my order yesterday, January 20, 2015. I have another order that I placed on January 10, 2015. The shipping time is quite long and I knew that before I placed my order. I actually have no complaints since I received my first order in the time I expected it to ship. I haven't had to call, email or FB them, but based on all the reviews on social media, it seems they don't take care of their customers or they are overwhelmed (which I have seen their FB posts about being understaffed)
I love their merchandise and would shop there again, knowing that the merchandise I buy, will take at least three weeks to arrive.

What about 6-8 wks with no product or response. How long do you wait before getting frustrated, especially when they don't respond to your messages?

Hello...I ordered A gold wire wrapped pearl bracelet. Received it within a week or two. I love it and ordered a set of 3 wire wrapped bracelets today. I received a 20 percent discount for this order. So far so good. Hoping there is another positive experience for me. This is why I choose to order with them again.

I placed an order on December 5th. On December 17th I receive an email that my order will ship on the 20th. It is now the 30th and I have still not received my order or even a tracking noticed that my order has shipped. I have sent countless emails without response and many phone calls without and answer. Please get the word out. I guess I can count this as a $40 loss. I hope the Revdex.com can do something about this.

I ordered a necklace Dec. 3. Leaving plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I had it mailed to the address we were going for Christmas. We did not receive it in time for Christmas. I contacted them asking for tracking information. After finally hearing from them a couple days after Christmas, we were told it would not be shipped until a week later. I told them not to send it to the address on the order since we would no longer be at that address. I gave them the correct address to send it to. Well, after contacting them several times, it was finally delivered Jan. 16. And, you guessed it, it went to the address we were no longer at. So, it had to be taken to the post office and mailed to us by another person. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with I Love Jewelry.
