You stated that my email had 'blocked' your emails and that now that had been 'removed' and you sent me an email. I have yet to receive it....where is it? Can you send the email to both addresses? Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountUnfortunately, the two examples shared are not the only instance of the user folding, editing, or tampering receipts.Since April 2017, the user has submitted receipts that have been edited in some form or wayIt is apparent to Ibotta that the user is attempting to earn rebates for items that have not actually been purchased or purchased for the correct date and timeUnfortunately, we will be keeping this user's account deactivatedThank you for your cooperation and understanding

I did wait the appropriate amount of time, and received no more response from the business. They repeatedly asked to do the same things I had been doing, and it was frustrating. If you expect better in terms of my attitude then please get on top of your customer service as it is sorely lacking. Additionally, I was only given the rebates and points towards certain promotions after I filed a complaint and refused your last resolution. I do not appreciate you wording an email that attempts to portray that you have been on top of your job all along, and that I am just some lunatic with an out of control mouth. You only awarded what was due in response to this complaint.
