Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountWe are happy to clarify the statements presented to usDuring the Ho Ho Hundred bonus, the user invited individualsTwo of the new users completed the siand redemption processOne new user signed up but has not completed any redemptionsFour of the new users signed up and all shared receipts to claim the Welcome BonusIbotta does not allow users to share receipts no matter which offers are being redeemedTherefore, the referring user is not granted credit for the four sharing receipts user and the one no redemptions userThis user's account was deactivated because the user invited a user, shared a device with the user, and the user was submitting shared receipts once submitted by this userAgain, this is considered fraudulent activity and is grounds for deactivationUpon review of the user's account, the user has receipts that she submitted that were outside of the day time frame and two receipts that were submitted more than once for the same offersThis could explain why the user did not receive bonuses or offer credit as the receipts are too old or have already been submitted by herself or by another userAs a one time courtesy, we educated the user that she is not allowed to share receipts, she is responsible for the quality of the new users that she invites, she has days to submit a valid receipt, and may only submit a receipt once for an offerIf the user have any further questions, please share them here and we will be happy to assistThank you for your cooperation and have a nice day

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account and the phone number on your account. On 12/4/17, the user wrote the Care Team wanting to update the phone number on his account. The number provided to the Care Team did not match the number on the account. On 12/9/17, the user was able... to provide the correct number linked to the account and the phone verification was reset for the account. Also on 12/9/17, the user was able to link a new number to his account and withdrew his earnings. If the user has any further questions, please direct them to the Care Team. Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountsThe user's accounts were deactivated for having more than one earning account, sharing receipts, and fabricating receiptsThe user's main account, which he used the email address to write this complaint, was created in June Since the account creation, the user has sent in many receipts that have been fabricated with the sole intent of repeatedly earning offer credit which has already been receivedFor example, the user will take a picture of the top of a receiptThen, the user will take pictures of a previously submitted receipt for the middle portions of the receipt that have the eligible offer items listedThen, the user will take a picture of the bottom portion of the receipt that is the same as the top portionOn one occasion, the user submitted a top and bottom portion of a receipt with a total of less than $but when the all line items are added up, the total of the receipt equals over $Also, in February 2018, the user created a second account on his same device and continued to earn on both accountsBoth of these accounts share the same user information and users are allowed to have ONE earning accountThe user was then sharing the same receipts between the two accounts on different occasions before both accounts were deactivatedUnfortunately, the team must protect our brands and retailers from fraudulent behavior such as fabricating receipts and sharing receiptsFraudulent behavior displayed by this user prevents Ibotta from maintaining strong relationships with our brands and retailers in order to provide quality and relevant offers to users who follow the rulesWe apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the user's cooperation and understandingThank you
