Hello, Thank you for your concern regarding your [redacted] Rebate.I reviewed your account once moreUnfortunately, no 10% cash back on [redacted] rebate has been unlocked in your account at allIt appears you accessed [redacted] through your Ibotta app by clicking through an item rebate, not a 10% cash back on [redacted] rebateSome of our item rebates are available to [redacted] purchases as well as brick-and-mortar retailersHowever, these rebates do not make our users eligible for the percent cash back rebates unless those specific rebates are unlocked in a user's gallery.In addition, please note our Mobile Shopping rebates are featured for a single redemption, per unlock, onlyIn order to get rebate credit for a subsequent purchase, you must first wait for the original purchase to show as pending towards the rebateSome time after your rebate is pending, a similar offer may appear in your gallery and, once unlocked, will be available for redemption againThis means, even if you had a percent cash back rebate unlocked when you placed your first [redacted] order on April 27th, you would have had to wait for that purchase to show as pending in your account and then you would have had to unlock a second percent cash back rebate for your next April 27th purchase, and so on.Unfortunately, as there was no unlocked percent cash back rebate unlocked in your account when you made your purchases, we are unable to provide credit for the 10% cash back on [redacted] rebate beyond the one courtesy credit we have already provided.We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion regarding this issueThank you for shopping with Ibotta and have a great day!
