All our calls are recorded and I will be more than happy to let the customer hear the conversion between him and the dispatch We charge $trip charge and $and UP for labor and toolsAll prices will be explain on side by our tech ( total price include tools and labor ) and after the costumer will sign on the invoice and will pay The tech will complete the joB with no damage !Please send the invoice and you will see that all prices explain and giving with the customer signature !

I called the company & was given a price for opening my safe, a minof $plus what the service person had to do The person was here min and drilled the lock out He gave me a price of $ I gave him my ATM card & he attempted to run it for $and it wouldn't go through At that point he told me that was what he told me but it wasn't He called his boss & then asked how much money I had I told him $and his boss said to charge that I paid it after attempted to clear up the problem but just kept stating the same thing over & over that he had told me $ I am years olf and feel that I was taken advantage of

Please send a copy of the invoice so we can review it Also all our calls are recorded and we charge $service call to send a tech over and $and UP depending on the type of lock and the tools the tech will use to unlock it with no damage Tech always explain all prices and will wait for the customer permission to preform the Job He will also sign an invoice !!

Our tech came to unlock a door that was locked because of a broken lockHe was able to unlock the door and the customer asked him to replace the locktech told him that he don't have that lock and will order him a new one customer agreed and ask the tech to wait for next week because he will be out on vacation and will call him back when he will be back in townTech agreed and order the new lock! after days the customer called in and aced for the service and tech came again and replace the lockGave him a new service invoice with all prices that approved by the customer! if you have any more question and or would like a copy of the service invoice please let me know Thank you

We got a call to extract a key from a door lock and to make a new key for g One of the inside parts of the lock was broken and that cause the key to get stuck inside the lock the tech was able to extract the key out and to cut and program a new keyHe explain the customer that he can't install it back though to a broken parts of the door lock and advise the costumer to order it from the dealership and he will install if for free as soon as she will get the new part!we provide an emergency call to extract the key and to cut and program a new key to start and drive the car We don't sell any car locks parts and therefore we explain the customer to buy the part from the dealer only ! The car lock was already damaged and because of it the key was stuck inside the door lock ! We didn't cause any damage ! We can't fix it Only with a new part we will be able to install back the lock and we offer to do it with no add cost any day and time after the costumer will provide the missing part !thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The invoice number is [redacted] I have attached the receipt in this message to demonstrate the invoiced procedures I was handed PRIOR to any work being doneAfter this invoice was signed, the methods differed from what I was invoicedA wonder bar and an air wedge was used, no lock picking and drilling took placeThose items were justified under the scratched out items renamed as TOOLS.I believe it to be unfair and unjustified to state a starting rate, and not explain what services fall into that starting rateThis obscure pricing scheme, and the complete absence of intent to abide by your stated price gives you an unfair advantage over any other locksmith business by convincing us, the buyers, into choosing your company over any other because of the price differenceAnd when you purposely grossly underestimate your initial bid, then grossly increase the bill [times to be precise] more than what the client was expecting, is what constitutes a switch and bait violationI have called your dispatch once again and asked what my bill would be for a simple basic low-security lockThey stated $20+, so I asked: so how do I get the $rate? To which they responded that only the tech can decideI replied but your stating a rate, what is covered in that rate? I was told that only the tech could say a priceI then said: so if I GIVE you the key to my lock, and have you open it, is that $20? Again, I was told the tech would decideSo as you said, your dispatch is well trained into keeping us in the dark in regards to your pricesYet there is no way of us knowing before hand what bill we'd be facingLastly, in reference to your comment about no damage: I can buy and install a new door and lock for Regards, [redacted] ***

Out tech came on time Couldn't pick the lock ( smart lock /high secure with pick resistance Out tech had to drill the lock to get inside The house owner ask the tech to replace all the locks in the house and to Rekey it on a master key system The house owner knew all the prices ( he is the one that chose the new locks from several options that tech always have on his van )The house owner agree,knew and sign on the invoice for the total price! thank you immedaite response locksmith team

We told the customer over the phone that only when tech will be by the car he will know the total pricewe called the customer again and told her the total price when tech was there he waited half an hour until the customer answer our call with the final priceand she agree to charge her card! only after that the tech unlock the car All our calls are recorded!!! We e mailed her a copy of the receipt ! Thank you Each car /lock require different tools and only the tech will be able to give the total price depends on labor and tools Thank you please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with

Please call the dealer and ask him for price for a new key Make sure to give him your male year model and vin numberAlso you should tow the car to the dealer location! you will find out that the price for the key that we charge you was more than a fair price !

We have a call recorded of you calling and ask for pricesThe dispatch explain you that the total prices will be given only by our tech You agree and gave your card info The tech called you and wait more than half an hour to your permission After calls the dispatch called from another line and told you the total price , only and only after you agree run your cc we asked the tech to unlock it I will be more than happy to give a party to hear our recorded calls! thank you No prices

Immediate Response Locksmith installed a new lock on my door on 11/02/By 11/4/14, the lock was sticking, almost breaking key I asked them if they could come out on 11/8/and he said he'll come by Never showed up, never called They are scammers, worst locksmith, (or not) Do not use this company I wish I had read these reviews first The Revdex.com gave them an"F" rating I can see why

We charged only $for repairing the lock so customer will be able to close the door and lock the storeOur tech explain tov the costumer that he don't have the part to replace it ( will need to order it)and he will fix it till will get the broken part replace.he charged her only $for
the visit and labor and told her that she can call the office any is she will not be able to lock the door as she used to Our office is min from North Star mall where the store located And we already order the new part for her (25.00$) Costumer was very rode to our tech even though he did what he can to help her

worst experience ever, They gave me one price then jacked it up another $at the end...it took two day and keys that didn't even do anything but open the doorI have a mits outlander and the key they finally got to turn on my car only works part time and doesn't even open the trunkThe guy was very rude and impatient upon me asking why it cost almost $500, he got loud and told me to deal with his boss I would never recommend this company very bad business!

I would have never done business with this company had I known they would lie over the phone with a low price of $Not only does it feel shameful that I'm being called a liar but that what I 100% heard over the phone didn't apparently happen because "we can never ever give prices over the phone." I literally just called and was told $plus a service fee that I suppose can be 1000% of the price
