Out tech came on time . Couldn't pick the lock ( smart lock /high secure with pick resistance . Out tech had to drill the lock to get inside . 
The house owner ask the tech to replace all the locks in the house and to Rekey it on a master key system . The house owner knew all the prices...

( he is the one that chose the new locks from several options that tech always have on his van ). The house owner agree,knew and sign on the invoice for the total price!

Our tech  came to unlock a door that was locked because of a broken lock. He was able to unlock the door and the customer asked him to replace the lock. tech told him that he don't have that lock and will order him a new one . customer agreed  and ask the tech to wait for...

next  week because he will be out on vacation and will call him back when he will be back in town. Tech agreed and order the new lock! after 10 days the customer called in and aced for the service and tech came again and replace the lock. Gave him a new service invoice with all prices that approved by the customer! if you have any more question and or would like a copy of the service invoice please let me know  Thank you

I called the company & was given a price for opening my safe, a min. of $45.00 plus what the service person had to do. The person was here 10 min and drilled the lock out. He gave me a price of $20.15. I gave him my ATM card & he attempted to run it for $345.00 and it wouldn't go through. At that point he told me that was what he told me but it wasn't. He called his boss & then asked how much money I had. I told him $115.00 and his boss said to charge that. I paid it after attempted to clear up the problem but just kept stating the same thing over & over that he had told me $345.00. I am 81 years olf and feel that I was taken advantage of.

We got a call to extract a key from a door lock and to make a new key for g 6 2010 One of the inside parts of the lock was broken and that cause the key to get stuck inside the lock the tech was able to extract the key out and to cut and program a new key. He explain the customer that he...

can't install it back though to a broken parts of the door lock and advise the costumer to order it from the dealership and he will install if for free as soon as she will get the new part!we provide an emergency call to extract the key and to cut and program a new key to start and drive the car . We don't sell any car locks parts and therefore we explain the customer to buy the part from the dealer  only ! The car lock was already damaged and because of it the key was stuck inside the door lock ! We didn't cause any damage ! We can't fix it.   Only with a new part we will be able to install back the lock and we offer to do it with no add cost any day and time after the costumer will provide the missing part !thank you

Please call the dealer and ask him for price for a new key . Make sure to give him your male year model and vin number. Also you should tow the car to the dealer location!
you will find out that the price for the key that we charge you was more than a fair price !

I am rejecting this response because:The invoice number is [redacted]I have attached the receipt in this message to demonstrate the invoiced procedures I was handed PRIOR to any work being done. After this invoice was signed, the methods differed from what I was invoiced. A wonder bar and an air wedge was used, no lock picking and drilling took place. Those items were justified under the scratched out items renamed as TOOLS.I believe it to be unfair and unjustified to state a starting rate, and not explain what services fall into that starting rate. This obscure pricing scheme, and the complete absence of intent to abide by your stated price gives you an unfair advantage over any other locksmith business by convincing us, the buyers, into choosing your company over any other because of the price difference. And when you purposely grossly underestimate your initial bid, then grossly increase the bill [8.333 times to be precise] more than what the client was expecting, is what constitutes a switch and bait violation. I have called your dispatch once again and asked what my bill would be for a simple basic low-security lock. They stated $20+, so I asked: so how do I get the $20 rate? To which they responded that only the tech can decide. I replied but your stating a rate, what is covered in that rate? I was told that only the tech could say a price. I then said: so if I GIVE you the key to my lock, and have you open it, is that $20? Again, I was told the tech would decide. So as you said, your dispatch is well trained into keeping us in the dark in regards to your prices. Yet there is no way of us knowing before hand what bill we'd be facing. Lastly, in reference to your comment about no damage: I can buy and install a new door and lock for 250.00

All our calls are recorded and I will be more than happy to let the customer hear the conversion between him and the dispatch . We charge $14.00 trip charge and $25.00 and UP for labor and tools. All  prices will be explain on...

side by our tech ( total price include tools and labor ) and after the costumer will sign on the invoice and will pay The tech will complete the joB with no damage !Please send the invoice and you will see that all prices explain and giving with the customer signature !

Only our certified locksmith will give the total price after he will be at location and can see the type of the lock and the tools he will use to unlock it with no damage ! 
Our team didn't call you lier we just explain and correct your thoughts about the $14.00 price !
The tech will always explain what he will do and use and the total price . Only after he will get a permission he will complete the job .

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY! BE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF! I CALLED THE COMPANY FOR A SERVICE CALL. THE CSR THAT ANSWERED WAS SHORT WITH ME BUT SAID IT WOULD BE 10.00 TO SEND SOMEONE OUT AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME A PRICE ON LOCATION. I ASKED IF THEY WHERE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER COMPANIES SHE SAID YES. SHE SAID THE LOCKSMITH WOULD BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES.
LOCKSMITH ARRIVED 40 MINUTES LATER (I HAD GROCERIES WITH ME) HE LOOKS AT MY CAR WHICH IS A 2001 CAVALIER. HAD I HAD ACCESS TO A CLOTHES HANGER I WOULD OF BEEN ABLE TO GET IN MY OWN CAR IN 20MIN.
HE SAID IT WILL BE 75.00 TO OPEN THE CAR. I SAID WHAT??? IT IS A 2001 CAR, IT HAS MANUEL EVERYTHING AND THE WINDOW IS CRACKED AND YOUR GOING TO CHARGE ME 75.00???? THAT IS INSANE. HE SAID, "WELL, I DON'T WORK FOR FREE AND IT TAKES MONEY FOR ME TO FILL MY JEEP WITH GAS". AS RUDE AS THAT COMMENT WAS, MY FROZEN FOODS WHERE RUINING SO I SAID CAN YOU DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRICE. HE SAID I GUESS I CAN DO IT FOR 60.00. EVEN THOUGH I FELT THAT WAS ALSO OVERPRICED I AGREED BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER COMANY, I WAS IN A PARKING LOT AND IT WAS GETTING LATE.
I CALLED SEVERAL OTHER COMAPNIES THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, AND GOT PRICING STRAIGHT FORWARD OVER THE PHONE. DUE TO THE MAKE AND MODEL OF MY CAR IT WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE. MOST OTHER COMPANIES CHARGED 30-40 DOLLARS AND WHERE ABLE TO LET ME KNOW THAT UP FRONT.
AFTER DOING MY RESEARCH, I THEN CALLED THE COMPANY AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, THE GENTLEMEN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID I AM THE MANAGER TYLER. I SAID OKAY SO I EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE SITUATION AND HOW I FELT I HAD BEEN OVER CHARGED. HE SAID, "WE ALWAYS CHARGE 75.00" I SAID WHY DID THEY NOT SAY THAT WHEN I CALLED, IF YOU ALWAYS CHARGE THAT PRICE, WHY DIDNT YOU JUST SAY SO, THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT OTHER COMPANIES HAD GIVEN ME MUCH LOWER PRICING, HE SAID "YA RIGHT, GIVE ME THE NAMES OF THOSE COMPANIES". I SAID WOW YOUR THE MANAGER AND YOU SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER? HE SAID I AM THE OWNER AND I WILL SPEAK TO YOU ANYWAY I WANT!
I SAID I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. I WILL BE SURE TO WRITE AS MANY REVIEWS I CAN TO ENSURE THAT THE PUBLIC KNOWS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. HE SAID I DON'T CARE, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!
I THEN HUNG UP ON HIM. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I COULD NOT BELIEVE I WAS TALKED TO LIKE THIS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 75.00 NO MATTER WHAT. THERE ARE MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE LOCKSMITHS AND I ENCOURAGE YOU TO NOT USE THIS ONE AND USE A COMANY THAT IS HONEST AND NOT THESE DISRESPECTFUL, LYING CHEATS.....

We told the customer over the phone  that only when tech will be by the car he will know the total price. we called the customer again and told her the total price when tech was there he waited half an hour until the customer answer our call with the final price. and she agree to charge her...

Very disappointed in this service. Although very quick to respond, the quoted amount they give over the phone is half of what they charge when they come to unlock your door. Was quoted $10 service fee and $30 for coming out, however, once they came, was quoted $120 as it was more complex, when we told them to "forget it", we were given a price of $70, but if it didn't work, we would have to pay the additional $40, or we could pay the $30 of them coming out....as it was almost 11:30 pm, we allowed them to fix it...on the invoice it shows we were charged $60 for deadbolt, when only the door [redacted] lock was locked...service call was $10. Immediate response, however, dishonest pricing. WILL NOT USE THIS Service AGAIN

Bad business practices. Was quoted $30 over the phone, when the locksmith showed he said it would be $180. Then went into "how much do you have?" Finally agreeded on $60.

Immediate Response Locksmith installed a new lock on my door on 11/02/14. By 11/4/14, the lock was sticking, almost breaking key. I asked them if they could come out on 11/8/14 and he said he'll come by. Never showed up, never called. They are scammers, worst locksmith, (or not). Do not use this company. I wish I had read these reviews first. The Revdex.com gave them an"F" rating. I can see why.
